EXTENDED GAUGE FOR A TILE SAW
A tile saw gauge has a receiver, an extension arm, and a slidable gauge. In one embodiment, the slidable gauge has one or more protrusions for fixing various lengths. The receiver may be permanently attached to a tile saw, such as by welding, or may removably attachable, such as by using screws, a bolt and nut, or similar mechanism. The tile saw gauge may be retrofitted on saws in the art, allowing tile saws in the market to make consistent cuts on larger tiles or tile lengths.
Template for electrical receptical cutout
A self-supporting template for an electrical receptacle cutout and method of using the template. The template includes a base plate with template openings, an upright on the base plate, a biased reciprocating push button, and at least one sharp. The push button is secured to the upright for transverse reciprocation between a biased first position spaced furthest from the base plate and a second position spaced closest to the base plate. The at least one sharp reciprocates concurrently with the push button wherein the distal tip is fully recessed when the push button is in the first position and protrudes a fully extended distance in the second transverse direction from the lower major surface of the base plate when the push button is in the second position.
ELECTRICAL OUTLET CUTTING JIG
Disclosed herein is an electrical outlet cutting jig that includes a ruler and a body having a lower perimeter, wherein the body includes a first channel defined along a first axis of the body. The body also includes a first level indicator and a second level indicator orthogonal to the first level indicator to enable a user to align the cutting jig correctly. The first channel is configured to receive the ruler such that a lower surface of the ruler is flush with the lower perimeter of the body and such that the ruler can slide within the first channel. The ruler enables the user to position the body of the cutting jig at a predetermined distance from a location, such as a door frame, floor, skirting board, or the like.
Portable device for marking a surface using removable tooling without tools
The invention relates to a portable device for marking a surface, including a casing (2) having a front face (6) having a rectangular opening (6A) for the passage of a marking member, the front face (6) of the casing being provided with a stiffening frame (15) surrounding the passage opening (6A), this stiffening frame (15) being provided with an indexing system (18) adapted to cooperate with a complementary indexing system (19) equipping each of the tooling of a series of removable tooling (20A, 20B, . . . ) for positioning the device on the surface to be marked, each removable tooling (20A, 20B, . . . ) of the series and the stiffening frame (15) including at least one of the elements of a magnetic fastening system with two elements, namely a magnet (21A) and a ferromagnetic material (21B).

CARPENTER PENCIL CALIPER
Carpenter pencil caliper is a two-piece device that attaches to a carpenter's pencil with a scale, ruler imprint, or rule imprint on the carpenter's pencil wherein this three-piece assembly is then used as a caliper to measure the length, width, and/or height of a workpiece. This three-piece assembly may also be used to mark or scribe a line in a workpiece at a specific, precise, or measured location and/or mark or scribe a specifically sized or measured circle in a workpiece at a specific, precise, or measured location. The two-piece device is a specially designed and shaped to reversibly attach to a standard sized carpenter's pencil in order to perform the marking and/or scribing of the workpiece. A workpiece is a piece of building material such as wood, composite, or metal that is used to build a structure or a device.
RADIUS TEMPLATE
Disclosed is a tool including: first and second members that respectively define: first and second forward ends; first and second bodies that extend along respective first and second elongate axises to first and second aft ends, wherein the first and second forward ends are pivotally connected to a pivot member, whereby the first and second members are configured to pivot about a pivot axis, so that the first and second aft ends move toward and away from each other; and a third member that defines a first transverse end and a third body that extends along a third elongate axis to a second transverse end, wherein: a first slide lock is fixed to the first transverse end of the third member and is operationally connected to the first member; and a second slide lock is operationally connected to the second member and the third member.
FLOOR JOIST SQUARE
A floor joist square is provided. A floor joist square for facilitating marking a straight-line along a face of an engineered I-shaped floor joist, the floor joist square comprises a blade member, a tongue member, and a handle. The blade member is flat and rectangular in shape and comprising a substantially thin first lip extending out from a first end of the blade member and a substantially thin second lip extending out from a second end of the blade member. The tongue member is flat and rectangular in shape and is perpendicularly affixed to the blade member at an end of the tongue member above the second lip. The handle is affixed to the blade member and the tongue member such that the handle, the blade member, and the tongue member form a triangular shape.
