Razor handle with a pivoting portion
A handle. The handle can include a main body and a pivoting head pivotally coupled with the main body about a pivot axis. The pivoting head can have a substantially trapezoidal prism shape and can include a base member and a cover member that overlies the base member in a mating relationship. The cover member can have a face defining at least one exterior opening and the pivoting head can have an interior compartment comprising an electrical component.
Shaving Device
A shaving device comprising a head assembly including a support member having at least one support member magnet and a blade cartridge having at least one face with at least one razor blade and configured to be rotatably coupled to the support member about a pivot axis. The blade cartridge includes at least one blade cartridge magnet having a pole aligned with a pole of the support member magnet to generate a magnetic force that urges the blade cartridge about the pivot axis towards an initial starting position (ISP), wherein the blade cartridge is further configured to rotate about the pivot axis away from the ISP upon application of an external force sufficient to overcome the magnetic force between the support member magnet and the blade cartridge magnet.
DISPOSABLE RAZOR
A razor blade head for shaving, comprising a razor blade element, a bracket mounted to the razor blade element and a manual control element configured to enable a user to apply force from a side of the bracket opposite to the razor blade element, the force transferred from the manual control element to the razor blade element via the bracket, wherein the bracket is configured to define an opening between the manual control element and the razor blade element.
SHAVING RAZOR CARTRIDGE
A shaving cartridge with a housing having a primary guard and a secondary cap. A bridge member is integrally molded with the housing. The bridge member has a plurality of spaced apart parallel ribs. The plurality of spaced part ribs define a primary cap surface and a secondary guard surface. A first blade having a cutting edge is mounted to the housing between the primary guard and the primary cap surface. A second blade having a cutting edge extending in a same direction as the cutting edge of the first blade is mounted to the housing between the secondary guard surface and the secondary cap. The cutting edge of the first blade and the cutting edge of the second blade define an interblade span greater than 3.0 mm. The plurality of spaced apart parallel ribs define a plurality of rinse openings extending thru the bridge member.
CARTRIDGE CONNECTOR AND RAZOR ASSEMBLY USING THE SAME
A razor assembly includes a razor cartridge comprising at least one shaving blade, and a blade housing configured to receive the at least one shaving blade in a first direction; a cartridge connector coupled to the razor cartridge such that the razor cartridge is rotatable with respect to the cartridge connector about a rotational axis parallel to the first direction; and a razor handle, wherein the cartridge connector further comprises: at least two first cantilevers configured to provide a recovering force to the razor cartridge to restore the razor cartridge to a rest position; at least one second cantilever coupled to at least a part of the razor handle; and an upper wall covering the at least one second cantilever, wherein the at least one second cantilever is not exposed to an outside by the upper wall when viewed from a bottom side of the blade housing.
Razor handle with a pivoting portion
A handle. The handle can have a main body and a first substantially flat arm having a first distal end and a first proximal end defining a first arm opening can be coupled to a first location of the main body. A second substantially flat arm having a second distal end and a second proximal end defining a second arm opening, can be coupled to a second location of the main body. The first and second distal ends can be in spaced relationship and have pivotally coupled therebetween a pivoting head having a trapezoidal prism shape.
Precision razor with low cost assembly
A precision shaving razor with low cost assembly. A bridge is unitarily molded having a leading platform, a handle attachment mechanism and first and a second cross member each molded to extend substantially perpendicularly to the leading platform. A plurality of base members is each unitarily molded to have a first peg and a second peg for attachment to the cross pieces. A plurality of blade covers each unitarily molded. A razor blade is sandwiched between each blade cover-base pair. In some instances, the blade covers are molded to have hard stops to facilitate precise blade position. In some cases, the bases define angular wash through channels and blade guards spaced to facilitate wash through. In some cases, the skin contacting surfaces of the razor are textured during molding to have a glide improving texture.
Razor blade head and razor for use therewith
The present disclosed subject matter provides a razor blade head with finger slots, depressions (indentations) which extend into the razor blade head, for receiving human fingers, allowing for the razor blade head, typically attached to the handle of a razor, and therefore, the razor, to be manipulated with more precision, control, and force, than by using the handle alone.
Shaving blade assembly
A shaving blade assembly and a method of using a shaving blade assembly may include a blade, a first resilient element, and a first movable member. The first resilient element may support the blade and be arranged to urge the blade in a first direction substantially orthogonal to a cutting edge of the blade. The first movable member may selectively engage the first resilient element, in the first direction in at least one position, to impede deformation of the first resilient element.
Razor
A razor apparatus including a head having at least one blade member on each of a first and a second opposed side of the head. Each blade member has a straight front cutting edge. The head includes a frame defining an opening through which the cutting edges are accessible. The frame also includes a rotatable mounting element for attachment of the head to a handle. The head is rotatable around a longitudinal axis of the handle at least 180° when the rotatable mounting element is activated.
