Method for manufacturing sheet for use in tongue plaque cleaner
Provided is a method for manufacturing a sheet for use in a tongue plaque cleaner, capable of reliably cutting loops of thread members provided at a given density, and forming thread members each having a shape with an arc portion sufficient enough to scrape off tongue plaque, through steps that are simple, low-cost and suitable for mass production. A method for manufacturing a sheet 1 for use in a tongue plaque cleaner for scraping off tongue plaque, includes: a step of heating a sheet material having multiple looped thread members 2 protruding from one surface of the sheet material, at a temperature below the melting point of the thread members 2; and a step of forming first thread members 3, 8 and second thread members 4, 9 by cutting loops of the thread members 2 heated.
Bacon portioner/trimmer
Various systems, apparatuses and methods are disclosed for portioning and/or trimming cooked or pre-cooked bacon slices (or another food product) on a production line at full line speed. An exemplary system may comprise a food conveyor and a portioner. The food conveyor may have at least one transfer mechanism that carries bacon slices over at least one transfer comb. The portioner may have at least one fixed, stationary cutter positioned relative to the transfer comb in the path of the bacon slices. As the transfer mechanism moves the bacon slices across the transfer comb, the bacon slices contact the cutter and are moved by the transfer mechanism over the cutter, which cuts the bacon slices into two or more portions of shorter length.
Scrap winder
A scrap winder is provided as part of a slitting line that creates a ribbon of scrap. The scrap winder has a moveable mandrel that exposes a grabbing portion that rotates. The grabbing portion extends outward to reveal a puller cable reel. The puller cable reel contains a retrieving cable that attaches to the start of the scrap ribbon. As the grabbing portion rotates, the scrap is brought to the grabbing portion, where the scrap is attached directly to it. The mandrel is then moved into position and the scrap can be wound around the mandrel.

A topping sheet forming method includes: a division step of cylindrically winding a textile original fabric, obtained by weaving longitudinally aligned tire cords into a cord fabric by use of weft yarns, to form an original fabric roll and cutting off the weft yarns in predetermined widthwise positions by using a wire wound on the original fabric roll in a predetermined winding angle range to divide the textile original fabric into narrow textile original fabrics; and a topping step of topping at least one surface of each of the narrow textile original fabrics with unvulcanized rubber.
METHOD OF FORMING TOPPING SHEET AND APPARATUS THEREOF
A topping sheet forming method includes: feeding a textile original fabric, obtained by weaving longitudinally aligned tire cords into a cord fabric by use of weft yams; cutting off the weft yarns at a predetermined widthwise position to divide the textile original fabric into a plurality of narrow textile original fabrics; and topping at least one surface of the narrow textile original fabric with unvulcanized rubber.

Plastic bag making apparatus
According to an apparatus for successively making the plastic bags, wherein the wastes 14 are formed in at least two areas adjacent to each other widthwise of the plastic film 1, and the apparatus can determine whether all of wastes 14 of each of the areas are discharged. The apparatus comprises at least one partition plate 20 in a suction path 16. The suction path 16 is divided into at least two widthwise of the plastic film 1. The wastes 14 is guided to each of the divided paths 21A, 21B, 21C, 21D and is discharged. The wastes 14 is detected by an optical sensor when the wastes 14 is discharged to each of the divided paths.

Apparatus for emptying bags
An apparatus for emptying bags includes a cutting mechanism, wherein cut bags are separated from the contents therein on a bag support, a bag disposal mechanism including a vacuum unit to deliver the bags to a disposal unit. The cutting mechanism includes first and second cutting devices arranged to cut the bags along at least two cut directions, in relation to a longitudinal direction along which the bags are conveyed from the cutting mechanism, to cut a foldable flap in the material from which the bags are formed so that the flap can fold into openings of the bag support to empty the content through the openings. A related method for emptying bags is also disclosed.

The disclosure relates to a device for shredding strip-shaped material comprising a housing with at least one feed opening for the strip-shaped material and a discharge opening for the shredded material, a blade holder which is mounted to be rotatable about an axis within the housing, at least one blade which is attached to the blade holder, at least one counter blade which is attached to the housing, and a drive configured to rotate the blade holder in a first direction of rotation and a second direction of rotation, opposite to the first direction of rotation, about the axis. The disclosure further relates to a method for operating a device for shredding strip-shaped material. Under the method, at least one blade holder mounted to be rotatable in a first direction of rotation, as well as in a second direction of rotation, is employed by the device.
