Sheet perforating apparatus
A sheet perforating apparatus includes a punch unit configured to punch holes in a sheet from an image processing apparatus. A dust box is below the punch unit and detachably attached to a case. A lid member is attached to the dust box and is displaceable between a closed state, in which the lid member closes an opening of the dust box, and an open state, in which the lid member does not close the opening of the dust box. When in the open state, the lid member is electrically grounded to weaken static electricity of punch chips dropped from the punch unit to the lid member and directs the punch chips towards the opening.
CUTTING, CRIMPING AND STACKING MACHINE FOR CONICAL CORNET CONE PACKAGES
A cutting, crimping and stacking machine that is capable of performing automatically cutting, crimping and stacking conical cornet cone packages by itself.
SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING FOOD PRODUCTS
A system for processing food products comprises a slicing apparatus that is configured to cut off slices from food products and to form part portions having one or more slices in a portioning section. A transport device adjoining the portioning section is provided and the portioning section comprises a conveying device that transfers the part portions to the transport device. The system comprises a stacking apparatus that is configured to form a food portion comprising a plurality of part portions. The transport device is configured to transport the part portions onto a product support of the stacking apparatus, wherein the transport device and/or the stacking apparatus has/have a scale for measuring the weight of the part portions and/or of the food portion.
Device for transversally cutting convolutely wound logs of web materials
A log saw for cutting convolutely wound logs of web material is disclosed. The log saw includes a cutting blade operating in a cutting plane, a log saw clamp for the retention of a convolutely wound log of web material such that the convolutely wound log of web material extends in a log advancing path through to the cutting plane, and controls connected to the clamping device.
SLICED TOPPING ALIGNMENT
Apparatuses, systems, and methods are presented herein for slicing a food topping for placing upon a food ingredient. A topping holder is configured to position a topping stock. A blade is configured to slice the topping stock via relative motion between the topping holder and the blade. A deflector is configured to force a leading edge of the sliced portion of the topping stock away from the blade as the sliced portion moves relative to the blade.
FOOD PRODUCT LOAD ASSEMBLY FOR A FOOD PRODUCT SLICING APPARATUS
A food product forming machine is configured to slice food product into slices. A main frame mounts a load assembly which receives food product and moves the food product through an opening in the main frame, a feed assembly downstream of the load assembly which moves food product through the main frame, and a slicing assembly downstream of the feed assembly which slices the food product into slices. In a first embodiment, the load assembly is at a rear end of the main frame, and in a second embodiment, the load assembly is at a side of the main frame. The load assembly is pivotally mounted to the main frame.
Device to clamp logs during the cut thereof and sawing machine comprising said device
The device comprises a log advancing path and a set of jaws in the form of double four-bar linkage, with an adjusting mechanism to adjust the position of the jaws according to the diameter of the logs to be cut.
HIGH SPEED SLICING MACHINE
A slicing apparatus for slicing food articles includes a food article loading apparatus with a lift tray assembly for moving food articles from a staging position to an elevated position at a beginning of a food article feed path, a food article feed apparatus disposed over the food article loading apparatus having an upper conveyor assembly with an independently driven endless conveyor belt used in cooperation with a food article gripper for moving the food articles along the food article feed path, a food article stop gate that forms part of the food article feed path and opens to drop food article end portions, and a slicing station at an end of the food article feed path with a knife for slicing the food articles.
SLICING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR SLICING ELASTIC STRANDS IN PARTICULAR MEAT STRANDS
A slicing machine for slicing meat strands that have a cross section that varies over a longitudinal extension in large numbers and as quickly as possible into weight precise slices. In one embodiment, two meat strands are received adjacent to each other in a respective form tube and pushed against a respective separately adjustable stop plate independently from each other by a controlled longitudinal press plunger and compressed in the longitudinal direction. In addition, a cross section of the form tubes may be reduced in a first transversal direction jointly and in a second transversal direction independently from each other and thus the respective meat strand is transversally compressed to a constant cross section prior to slicing.
Tubular clamp module and system thereof for roll material cutting machine
The present invention relates to a tubular clamp module and a system thereof, and in particular, to a tubular clamp module and a system thereof applicable to a roll material cutting machine. In the tubular clamp module of the present invention, a slope is disposed at a top end of a support, and support rods slide on the slope to support tubular plates to form an appropriate radian, so as to provide a desirable tubular clamping force in combination with the force applied by a pressing belt. In the tubular clamp system of the present invention, a plurality of tubular clamp modules is used and various driving wheels and driving belts are disposed to enable synchronous adjustment of the positions of the support rods and the length of the pressing belt, so as to rapidly complete clamping of rolls having different diameters and provide a desirable tubular clamping force.
