METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PUZZLE AND SEPARATING DEVICE FOR THE SAME
A method for producing a puzzle including a plurality of puzzle pieces which, in an assembled state, form the puzzle, wherein, in the method, an image is laminated or printed onto a carrier plate so that the image defines an image plane on the carrier plate, and the puzzle pieces are punched out of the printed or laminated carrier plate or wherein the carrier plate is punched and an image is printed onto the punched carrier plate so that the image defines an image plane on the carrier plate, wherein the puzzle pieces are detached and separated from the punched carrier plate in a predetermined way by a controlled movement of at least one puzzle piece transverse to the image plane. A corresponding device is also disclosed.
FRONT END CONVEYOR HAVING ADJUSTABLE ENTRANCE SUPPORT
A front end conveyor has an upstream end and a downstream end, a lower deck including a plurality of primary sheet supports and an upper deck including a plurality of sheet guides. Upper portions of the primary sheet supports lie in a first plane and the sheet supports and sheet guides define a sheet transport path for moving sheets in a sheet transport direction. A pivotable sheet support extends from an upstream end of the lower deck and has at least one surface lying in a second plane. The pivotable sheet support is pivotable from a first position in which the second plane forms a first angle with the first plane and a second position in which the second plane forms a second angle with the first plane, the second angle being different than the first angle.
MASKING REMOVAL MACHINES, AND METHODS OF MASKING REMOVAL
Machines are provided for removing masking from regions of glazing panes. Also provided are methods of removing masking from regions of glazing panes. The machines can include a head assembly and a processing station. The head assembly can have various combinations and/or configurations of features, including one or more of a plurality of cutters, a plurality of belts, and at least one pressurized gas nozzle.
CUTTING DEVICE FOR CUTTING NARROW STRIPS FROM A STRIP OF MATERIAL, IN PARTICULAR A RUBBERIZED STRIP OF MATERIAL
A cutting device for cutting narrow strips from a material web in or on which magnetically couplable elements are embedded or arranged at defined spacings behind one another in the web longitudinal direction, including a blade table arranged on a device frame, and on which the material web to be cut can be positioned, a cutting apparatus including a cutting blade which can be moved out of a starting position into a cutting position relative to the blade table, and a gripping device which receives and transports a cut strip and can be moved relative to the blade table. Either the gripping device including a hold-down section placeable for cutting purposes onto the material web positioned on the blade table and fixes the material web during the cutting on the blade table, and a magnetic element which interacts magnetically with the magnetically couplable element of the cut strip for fixing the strip on the gripping device for transport into a dispensing position, and the hold-down section including a recess, through which the cutting blade can be moved to the blade table into the cutting position, or the gripping device including a hold-down section placeable for cutting purposes onto the material web which is positioned on the blade table and fixes the material web during the cutting on the blade table, and a magnetic element which interacts magnetically with the magnetically couplable element of the cut strip for fixing the strip on the gripping device for transport into a dispensing position, and at least one further hold-down element being provided which can be placed onto the material web for cutting purposes spaced apart from the hold-down section with the configuration of a clearance, it being possible for the cutting blade to be moved through the clearance to the blade table into the cutting position.
Masking removal system and method
The invention provides machines for removing strips of masking from glazing panes. Also provided are methods of removing strips of masking from glazing panes. One embodiment of a machine for removing strips of masking material from a glazing pane includes a cutting head and a processing station. The processing station can be constructed to retain the glazing pane in a processing position with a first surface of the glazing pane oriented toward the cutting head. The cutting head can be movable in various directions across the masked glazing pane and include cutters to cut strips from the masking material.
Cutting equipment for RFID tire tag
A cutting equipment for radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tags includes: a cling film peeling unit (1) for peeling off the cling film on a material strip; a transport unit (2) for transporting the material strip; a visual detection unit (3) for detecting the position of the material strip; and a cutting and grabbing unit (4) for cutting the material strip and conveying the cutting-formed radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tag to a placement position. The cutting equipment for radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tag can not only improve the processing efficiency and save costs, but also effectively improve the processing accuracy of the radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tags and avoid secondary pollution of the material strip.
ADHESIVE TAPE WITH EXTENDED LINER TAB AND APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
Adhesive tape with an extended liner tab. A method of making a tape with an extended liner tab, by (A) providing a release liner-backed double-sided adhesive tape; (B) isolating a tape slug from the adhesive tape; (C) removing the tape slug so as to expose an underlying length of the release liner; and (D) cutting through the release liner so as to form the extended liner tab. Apparatus for performing the method, and release liner-backed double-sided adhesive tape comprising a plurality of spaced apart finite lengths of an adhesive tape and a release liner, with an exposed length of release liner disposed between adjacent lengths of adhesive tape.
Method and device for conveying polymeric oblates to casting machines and application
The invention includes a method and device for conveying pre-printed polymer oblates (IML), supplied in a roller, to a casting machine such as an injection press that molds items such as cups or lids, where the oblates must be integrated in items by the oblates being partially punched such that they remain fixed to the roller in points or bridges, after which the roller with the semi-punched oblates is placed on a device (1) from which the roller with oblates is rolled out in stages, such that the oblates pass through a tool (5) with holes (9) which are shaped to fit the circumference of the oblates, after which the oblates are removed with a device such as a robot with vacuum suction that tears over the river bridges that fix the oblate to the roller and transfers the oblates to the injection casting tool.
