A cutting, crimping and stacking machine that is capable of performing automatically cutting, crimping and stacking conical cornet cone packages by itself.

Dust collection for cutting machine

A dust collection assembly for a computer numerical control (CNC) cutting machine includes an adapter configured to couple to an arm of the CNC cutting machine and a head telescopically coupled to the adapter by a plurality of nested members. The CNC cutting machine includes the arm supporting a spindle and a tool holder coupled for co-rotation with the spindle. Each of the plurality of nested members are collapsible relative to each other. The head is movable between an extended position in which the nested members are configured to surround the tool holder and a tool bit, and a retracted position in which at least some of the nested members are telescopically received in the adapter. The head defines an inlet fluidly connected to the plurality of nested members when the head is at least in the extended position. The inlet is configured to fluidly connect to a vacuum.

High-speed Cutting Device

A high-speed cutting device includes a mounting frame, a feeding mechanism, a linear chasing-cutting mechanism, an electrode guide plate, and an acceleration driving mechanism, the acceleration driving mechanism is provided on the discharging side of the electrode guide plate, and configured to perform acceleration driving on a material tape. The acceleration driving mechanism is provided behind the linear chasing-cutting mechanism to realize the acceleration driving of the material tape.

Punching device
11511452 · 2022-11-29 · ·

A punching device is provided with a punching head, a vacuum apparatus, a suction flow passage, and a suction switching apparatus. The punching head includes a plurality of hollow rods that move vertically, and punching tools each having an axially extending through hole provided at each front end of the hollow rods. The vacuum apparatus serves to suck punched chips generated during the punching process of the punching head. The suction flow passage selectively communicates the through holes of the punching tools with the vacuum apparatus. The suction switching apparatus changes a path of the suction flow passage so that the suction flow passage communicates only with a hollow rod performing a punching process, among the plurality of hollow rods.

Edge trimming mechanism of edge banding machine capable of removing scraps and edge banding machine
11485036 · 2022-11-01 · ·

An edge trimming mechanism of an edge banding machine capable of removing scraps includes a cutting device and an air guiding cover. The cutting device includes a motor having a power outputting shaft, and a cutter mounted at an end of the power outputting shaft. The air guiding cover is hollow-shaped, installed outside the motor, and has air inlet and outlet. The power outputting shaft protrudes out of the air inlet and the cutter is at least partially located out of the air inlet. An air exhausting path is defined between the inner wall of the air guiding cover and the outer wall of the motor. Two opposite ends of the air exhausting path communicate with the air inlet and outlet respectively. By the above-described configuration of the edge trimming mechanism, it is effective in removing the scraps produced by the edge banding machine in the edge trimming process.
