A method of extrusion additive manufacturing for veneer applications may include, but is not limited to, loading material into an extruder, generating a mixture from the material, and fabricating the veneer product. Fabricating the veneer product may include depositing a first portion of the mixture on a working surface of the extruder, actuating the working surface, and depositing an additional portion of the mixture on the working surface of the extruder proximate to the first position of the mixture deposited on the working surface. Where the first portion of the mixture and the additional portion of the mixture form a first layer of the veneer product, fabricating the veneer product may include actuating a nozzle of the extruder and depositing an additional layer of the mixture on the first layer of the veneer product. The material may include wood product and a binder.

Disclosed herein are various systems, sub-system, and methods for the manufacture of a wall module for using in building a modular construction unit, e.g., for using in building residential homes, commercial offices, educational or service facilities, etc. using a substantially entirely automated modular construction technique. According to the disclosure herein, the resulting wall module includes an internal wall frame including wall studs attached between a top plate and a bottom plate, with, in some embodiment, one or more framing sub-assemblies attached therein to define openings through the wall module. The wall frame has suitable panel members the respective surfaces thereof corresponding to the interior and exterior surfaces of the modular construction unit. The wall frames, when completely assembled, can be transported to be assembled with other constituent components of the modular construction unit to complete the manufacture of the modular construction unit.

MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITE PANEL
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a composite panel, comprising: a providing step of providing a flexible sheet; an attaching step of forming a lamellar structure by attaching at least one lamellar board to cover the flexible sheet; and a cutting step of cutting a plurality of longitudinal grooves in the lamellar structure layer to form a plurality of lamellar strips, thereby obtaining the composite panel that is able to be bent laterally into a curved configuration.
