A pretreatment mixing and stirring device, arranged at a stage prior to a slurry formation mixing and stirring device which forms a gypsum slurry by kneading a calcined gypsum and water, and performing a pretreatment by mixing a calcined gypsum with one or more kinds of additives selected from liquids and powders, comprising: a cylindrical housing having a top plate, a bottom plate arranged to oppose to the top plate, a side plate arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and a mixing and stirring region where the calcined gypsum and the additive are mixed and stirred in an interior surrounded by the top plate, the bottom plate, and the side plate; a disk-shaped rotating plate arranged inside the housing; a rotating drive shaft, penetrating the top plate or the bottom plate of the housing, and coupled to the rotating plate; a calcined gypsum supply port, arranged in the top plate, and configured to supply the calcined gypsum to the mixing and stirring region; and an additive supply port, arranged in one of or both of the top plate and the side plate, and configured to supply the additive to the mixing and stirring region, is provided.
MINERAL BINDER COMPOSITION FOR 3D PRINTING
A dry mineral binder composition includes cement and mineral fillers for the manufacture of molded parts by way of 3D printing. The binder composition additionally contains at least one aluminum sulfate-based accelerator, at least one polycarboxylate ether-based super-plasticizer and at least one rheology additive.
Production of alternative supplemental cementitious material from uncured concrete made with Portland cement
A method and apparatus for producing liquified Alternative Supplemental Cementitious Material (ASCM) from an uncured concrete slurry. Uncured concrete slurry is received into a receiving hopper, diluted with water, and pumped upward through a slurry discharge conduit to an aggregate separator that screens the gravel and sand for separate discharge. The remaining ASCM entrained water flows into a holding tank. The ASCM settles to the lower portion of the holding tank. The holding tank stores the remaining water for re-use diluting uncured concrete slurry. The ASCM is liquified and moved towards the ASCM discharge port by an agitator system located in the bottom of the holding tank. From the discharge, a pump delivers the liquified ASCM through a conduit for discharge. The discharged ASCM can be used as a partial replacement for Ordinary Portland Cement and as an ingredient in flowable fills.
Apparatuses and systems for and methods of generating and placing zero-slump-pumpable concrete
Methods, systems, and devices, are developed for in-situ placement of a concrete mix that can have the thixotropy to hold vertical dimension without containment, while maintaining pliability to be pumped into place and manipulated to a desired shape, and can be combined with concrete set accelerators, allowing subsequent layers of this concrete mix to be continuously stacked in place to build tall walls and such without the use of forms. Concrete without these special properties is pumped toward the point of placement where it is modified by injecting and mixing, into that line of pumped concrete, an admixture containing thixotropes, thickeners and/or set accelerators or other modifiers to provide these properties and other improvements. This method allows conventional plant batching with commonly available constituent materials for batching an economical concrete that is delivered to a jobsite and then is pumped most of the way to a point of placement.

Method and Apparatus for Applying Cementitious Polyurethane
A device and method device for continuous mixing and laying of cementitious coating onto a substrate. There is a first mixing stage for metering and mixing a first liquid and a second liquid to create a first mix and a second mixing stage for metering and mixing the first mix with aggregate to form a second mix. The first and second mixing stages use flow meters and flow controllers for metering and restricting the flow of the first liquid, the second liquid and aggregate. A controller operatively coupled to the flow meters and flow controllers controls the mixing in a closed-feedback arrangement. A screed box applies the second mix onto the substrate to create a flooring layer. The flooring may be in a food processing plant.
