Method for the application of mineral binder compositions containing fibres
A method for the application of hydrous mineral binder compositions which contain fibres. An aqueous accelerator is mixed with the aqueous binder composition in a mixer shortly before the application. The method is very robust and makes it possible to quickly produce even large moulded bodies having a uniform surface and very good strength development properties.

A system for delivering and applying a flowable mixture to an article (311-313) is disclosed. The system includes a mixture delivery system (200) and a skinning system (300). The mixture delivery system (200) includes a mixer (220) configured to mix a dry material and a fluid to produce the flowable mixture, and a pump (235) configured to pump the flowable mixture to a delivery line. The skinning system (300) receives the flowable mixture from the mixture delivery system (200) through the delivery line. The skinning system (300) includes a skinning pipe (310) configured to apply the flowable mixture to the article (311-313) and a manifold (305) that supports the skinning pipe (310). The skinning system (300) also includes an article feeding mechanism (315) configured to push the article (311-313) into the skinning pipe (310). The skinning system (300) includes a transfer system (320) configured to hold the article (311-313) and move the article (311-313) out of the skinning pipe (310).
METHOD FOR APPLYING A BUILDING MATERIAL
A method for applying a curable building material, in particular in an additive method, including the steps of: providing at least two separate components of the building material; adding the at least two separate components into a mixing apparatus, in particular into a mixing chamber of the mixing apparatus, by a supply apparatus; mixing the at least two separate components in the mixing apparatus to obtain a curable building material in a set, cured state; supplying the set building material via a conveying line to a printing head, which is movable in at least one spatial direction, using a conveying apparatus; applying the set building material by the movable printing head.
SYSTEM FOR APPLYING A BUILDING MATERIAL
A system for applying a building material including: a mixing device for mixing individual components of the building material into a curable building material; a pressure head which can be moved in at least one spatial direction and by means of which the workable building material can be applied; a delivery line, with which the curable building material can be conveyed from the mixing device to the pressure head; at least one delivery device for delivering the curable building material from the mixing device through the delivery line to the pressure head; a feed device, which is designed in such a manner that at least two separate components of the building material can be fed via at least two separate inlets into the mixing device, more particularly into a mixing chamber of the mixing device.
Method for the 3D-printing of mineral binder compositions
In a method for the 3D-printing of hydrous mineral binder compositions, an aqueous accelerator is mixed with the binder composition in a continuous mixer. The method is very robust and makes it possible to quickly print even large moulded bodies having a uniform aesthetic surface and very good strength development properties.
Device including an agitator shaft and a conveyor for applying a building material
A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; and a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive and a mixing chamber provided with a stirrer shaft and a conveyor device, the conveyor device being designed as a screw conveyor with windings, and the mixer being adapted to the building material.
Portable mixer for hydrating and mixing cementitious mix in a continuous process
A portable mixer includes a frame, a hopper for receiving therein dry cementitious mix, and a chute rigidly coupled to the hopper that communicates with the hopper via an aperture. The hopper and chute are pivotally coupled to the frame. The portable mixer further includes an auger extending from the hopper into the chute via the aperture, a water supply system configured to apply water to cementitious mix, and a motor coupled to the auger and configured to rotate the auger to mix the dry cementitious mix with the water.
DEVICE FOR APPLYING A BUILDING MATERIAL
A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; and a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive and a mixing chamber provided with a stirrer shaft and a conveyor device, the conveyor device being designed as a screw conveyor with windings, and the mixer being adapted to the building material.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING PRINTHEAD
A printhead for an additive manufacturing system includes a hopper, an outlet, a mixing shaft, and a drive shaft. The hopper includes an inner volume configured to store a slurry material for mixing. The outlet includes a passageway fluidly coupled with the hopper. The outlet includes an open end for discharging the slurry material to a surface through the passageway. The mixing shaft extends through the inner volume of the hopper and includes a member that extends radially outwards from the mixing shaft. The member is configured to mix the slurry material within the hopper as the mixing shaft rotates. The drive shaft extends through the inner volume of the hopper and at least partially into the passageway of the outlet. The drive shaft includes a sloped surface configured to drive the slurry material from the hopper to the surface through the passageway of the outlet.
