METHOD FOR PRODUCING SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE IN WHICH MARINE FLOATING PLASTIC WASTE IS USED
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molded product which does not require classification of recovered ocean floating plastic trash according to kind of plastic, and can reuse most thereof as a raw material. The method is characterized by including mixing ocean floating plastic trash P (30 to 80 wt %) having a diameter or a side of 5 mm or less or a weight of 0.1 g or less, and a woodchip W (second material) (20 to 70 wt %) having a diameter or a side of 5 mm or less, and not molten under a temperature condition of 200° C. by a mixer 3, supplying a mixture of the ocean floating plastic trash P and the woodchip W to a grinding device 4, grinding the mixture into a powder with a diameter or a side of 1 mm or less, supplying the resulting powder as a raw material for a synthetic resin molded product to a molding machine, and carrying out a molding step.
Apparatus and method for composite material
The present invention provides an apparatus for recycling composite material and a method for recycling composite material by using same, the apparatus including: a mixing tank in which pulverized products of fiber-reinforced waste plastic are dispersed and mixed in water together with a filler, thereby forming a composite material mixture; a fixing agent addition part for forming a recyclable material by supplying, to the composite material mixture, a fixing agent that aggregates the pulverized products of the fiber-reinforced waste plastic and the filler; and a filtering tank in which the recyclable material is supplied such that a recyclable composite sheet is formed.
Method for anaerobically cracking power battery
Disclosed is a method for anaerobically cracking a power battery, which includes the following steps: disassembling a waste power battery to obtain a battery cell; taking out a diaphragm from the battery cell for later use, and pyrolyzing the battery cell to obtain electrode powder; extracting nickel, cobalt and manganese elements from the electrode powder with an extraction buffer, filtering, taking the filtrate, then adjusting the filtrate with a nickel solution, a cobalt solution and a manganese solution to obtain a solution A, adding the solution A dropwise into ammonium hydroxide under stirring, and then adding an alkali solution under stirring to obtain a solution B; subjecting the solution B to a hydrothermal reaction, filtering, and roasting to obtain a catalyst, such that a chemical formula of the catalyst is Ni.sup.2+.sub.1-x-yCo.sup.2+.sub.xMn.sup.2+.sub.yO, where 0.25≤x<0.45, 0.25≤y<0.45.
Needle shield remover and a medicament delivery device comprising the needle shield remover
A needle shield remover for a medicament delivery device is presented that has a metal tubular body, a proximal part, a distal part, and a substantially circular cross-section, where the tubular body is arranged with a slot extending from a distal end of the body, at least half the length of the body, towards a proximal end, such that at least the distal part of the body may flex radially outwards to exert a radially inwardly directed clamping force on a needle shield accommodated by the body.
SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE USING PLASTIC WASTE
The present invention provides a synthetic resin molded product reusing plastic waste including a plurality of kinds of plastics mixed therein (such as ocean plastic trash, and hardly classifiable plastic trash in industrial waste or general waste) as raw materials, and having a high sense of design, and provides a manufacturing method thereof. The molded product is characterized by being molded with a powder of plastic waste including a plurality of kinds of plastics mixed therein, and a powder of a second material (such as a woodchip) not molten under a temperature condition of 200° C. as raw materials, and is characterized in that a large number of spots 33 different in color and/or glossiness from a base color of the molded product (deck material 31) are scattered at random on a surface of the molded product, and in that a stipple pattern is formed on the surface of the molded product.
SLURRY PROCESSING APPARATUS AND RELATED METHODS
Described is a macerator and process for using the macerator to reduce the particle size of a particulate containing slurry that is introduced to the macerator. The macerator comprises a housing that defines a chamber an inlet and an outlet, the inlet configured to receive a flow of slurry, two or more elongate concentric bodies located within the chamber to define a gap between the surface of the outer body and the inner surface of the housing, the bodies having a first end and a second end, at least one of the bodies rotatable about an axis, and each body comprising a plurality of apertures to define a flow path through each body, from the housing inlet to the housing outlet, a baffle or baffles that extend substantially the width of the gap from the first end to the second end of the bodies to define a first portion that contains the inlet, and a second portion that contains the outlet, and wherein the baffle or baffles substantially inhibit passage of slurry between the two portions via the gap such that the slurry is directed through the body apertures, a motor to drive the rotating body or bodies, one or more injectors that inject liquid into the gap, wherein at least one of the injectors is located in the first portion. The particle size of the outlet slurry is less than the particle size of the inlet slurry.
