METHOD OF PRODUCING INJECTION MOLDED ARTICLES
Injection molded articles and methods of making injection molded articles. The methods include the use of a first plasticizing unit and a second plasticizing unit on a common frame feeding a first mold and a second mold on the common frame. Separating the production of each part of a two-part article into separate plasticizers and molds allows for the tuning of production parameters on a per-part basis, improving part flatness and part-to-part weight variance.
Method of producing assembled product and assembling apparatus
An assembling apparatus that has a mold in which a second unit opposes a first unit and that is configured to assemble an assembled product from a plurality of parts. The first unit includes first, second, and third movable portions, which comprise, respectively, a plurality of first forming portions, a plurality of second forming portions, and a plurality of third forming. The second unit comprises a fourth movable portion, a fourth forming portion, a fifth forming portion, a sixth forming portion, and a plurality of assembling portions. The fourth movable portion is configured to move so as to switch at least one assembling portion opposed to at least one first forming portion, at least one other assembling portion opposed to the at least one second forming portion, and at least one remaining assembling portion opposed to at least one third forming portion.
Injection mold
An injection mold for producing a double walled drinking vessel includes first and second mold portions. The first mold portion forms a first and second cavities corresponding to the outer shape of the outer container and the outer shape of the inner container, respectively. The first and second cavities are located concentrically with respect to a central axis. An index plate is rotatable and axially movable along the central axis relative to the first mold portion. The index plate includes a first core and a second core. The first cavity has a first cavity injection gate for injecting mold material into the first cavity for forming the outer container. The second cavity has a second cavity injection gate for injecting mold material into the second cavity for forming the inner container. The first cavity has a further injection gate for injecting joint material for joining the outer and inner containers.
Method for producing a container
A method for producing a thermoplastic container (1) for gases or liquids. First, in an injection mould having a first (28) and a second mould (29), in a first position providing each a cavity (34) for an upper (2) and a lower shell (3), producing the shells in parallel. Next, opening the mould, the shells (2, 3) remaining in a respective mould. Then, turning or shifting at least one of the two moulds such that the concave interior sides of the shells are aligned against each other and closing the mould, so that the edge regions (7, 8) of the shells come into face-to-face contact. Injection material is injected into a cavity (49) between or adjacent to the edge areas (7, 8), forming an all-round welded seam (11) between the upper part (2) and the lower part (3). Finally the mould is opened and the at least one container is removed.
END MEMBER ASSEMBLIES AS WELL AS GAS SPRING ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING SAME
An end member assembly is dimensioned for securement to an associated flexible spring member. End member assembly includes first, second and third end member sections. First end member section includes a first outer peripheral wall portion. Second end member section includes a second outer peripheral wall portion. Second end member section is positioned in abutting engagement with the first end member section such that a groove extends peripherally around first and second end member sections between first and second outer peripheral wall portions. Third end member section is injection molded in situ with first and second end member sections such that third end member section extends peripherally around first and second end member sections within groove. Gas spring assemblies and vehicle suspension systems are also included.
Manufacturing method of liquid ejection head
A manufacturing method of a liquid ejection head including manufacturing a flow path constituting member for supplying a liquid to an ejection module, the manufacturing a flow path constituting member including using a metal mold which is constituted of a fixed mold and a movable mold, the manufacturing a flow path constituting member including: a first step of molding a first member, a second member, and a third member independently at locations different from each other in the metal mold, the first member, the second member, and the third member constituting the flow path constituting member; a second step of joining the first member and the second member in a specific manner; and a third step of joining the second member and the third member in a specific manner.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COMPOSITE SEALING ELEMENT
A method for producing a composite sealing element, in particular for forming a seal at a retractable pane of a vehicle window, wherein the composite sealing element is produced from at least one extruded element portion and at least one element part formed by injection molding in a mold cavity of a mold, with the element part being molded onto an end face, bounding the mold cavity, of the extruded portion. A change in the dimensions of the composite sealing element as a result of the length of the extruded element portion differing from the nominal value is counteracted by changing the arrangement of the end face of the extruded element portion with respect to the mold cavity.
INJECTION MOLD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DOUBLE WALLED DRINKING VESSEL, THE DOUBLE WALLED DRINKING VESSEL COMPRISING AN OUTER CONTAINER AND AN INNER CONTAINER
VEHICLE DECORATION PART, VEHICLE WINDOW GLASS ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND MOLDING DEVICE THEREOF
A vehicle decoration part is arranged in a pillar sheet metal and/or a window frame of a vehicle and includes a decoration body and a decoration film attached to surface(s) of the decoration body, wherein the material of the decoration body is metal, and the material of the decoration film is flexible material and forms decoration surface. The vehicle decoration part possesses stable performance and can meet the user's requirements of different appearances. When the vehicle decoration part is applied to a vehicle window glass assembly, bad appearance caused by bumping or scraping in molding process and daily use process can be avoided. The molding device and the manufacturing process of the vehicle window glass assembly are easy to realize, economical in cost and wide in application prospect.
