A process station (1) for a parison or a container (2) made of thermoplastic material, comprising: a concave shell (3) configured to be applied onto the mouth (2b) of the individual parison or container (2) in such a manner as to enwrap at least partially the neck (2a) of the parison or container (2) so as to delimit a volume for treatment (4) of the neck (2a) subjected to plasma balls immersed in a carrier gas stream.

Method and apparatus for blowing and filling containers with release of liquid overpressure

The invention concerns an apparatus for blowing and filling a container (22) from a preform (16), said apparatus comprising: —a mold (12) for enclosing a preform (16), —stretching means for stretching the preform (16) placed within said mold (12), —a pressurized liquid injection circuit (18) able to inject a liquid under pressure inside said preform (16) when said preform is placed inside said mold, —injection means which are adapted to inject a predetermined volume of liquid through said liquid injection circuit (18) into the preform and to stop injection of the liquid through said circuit into the preform when a blown and filled container (22) has been obtained, stopping the injection of the liquid through the liquid injection circuit into the preform creating an overpressure of the liquid within the liquid injection circuit, characterized in that the apparatus further comprises releasing means for releasing said overpressure of the liquid within the liquid injection circuit.

COMPOSITE CONTAINER

A composite container having a paper label adhered without adhesives to a container body at at least one of the top end edge outer circumferential surface of the container body and the bottom end edge outer circumferential surface of the base part of the container body. Adherence of the paper label to the container body being effectuated by disposing the paper label in a mold and biaxial stretch blow shaping a preform into the container body with a liquid as a pressurized medium.

Method, device, working wheel, and molding station for producing filled containers from temperature-conditioned preforms
11235506 · 2022-02-01 · ·

A method and a molding station for producing containers filled with a liquid filling material from preforms made of a thermoplastic material. Thermally conditioned preforms are molded into containers and filled with the liquid filling material, which is supplied to the preforms under pressure as a pressure medium in a multi-part mold of a molding station. The mold is movable from a closed state into an open state in order to repeatedly supply a preform and subsequently remove a completely molded and filled container. Molding of the preform into the container is performed against the mold inner wall when the mold is in the closed state. Liquid is removed from the mold between temporally successive supplying processes starting with the conversion of the mold from the closed state into the open state. A working wheel including such molding stations, and a device including such a working wheel are also disclosed.

Method and apparatus for fabricating containers

A method for the fabrication of a container from a substantially tubular preform provided with an open end communicating with a cavity comprises the steps of positioning the preform within a mold that substantially defines a container such that the open end of the preform protrudes from the mold; providing an injector in sealed fluid communication with the open end of the preform which injects a quantity of liquid into the cavity of the preform, increasing the pressure within the cavity and inducing the preform to deform into the shape of the mold and form a container; and then reducing the pressure within the container to atmospheric pressure while maintaining sealed fluid communication between the injector and the open end. Using the method for fabricating and filling a beverage container.

Two stage liquid blow molding method with heat sensitive ingredient

A liquid blow molding method molds a bottomed tubular-shaped preform into a liquid-containing container in which a content liquid is held. The liquid blow molding method includes: a first molding step of liquid blow molding the preform into a halfway shape by supplying, into the preform that has been heated to a predetermined temperature, a first liquid at a predetermined pressure through a nozzle unit; and a second molding step, performed after the first molding step, of liquid blow molding the preform by supplying a second liquid into the preform at a predetermined pressure through the nozzle unit.

Liquid blow molding method and liquid blow molding apparatus

A bottomed tubular-shaped preform is molded into a liquid-containing container holding a content liquid, by supplying, through a first supply path, a first liquid at a predetermined pressure into the preform that has been heated to a predetermined temperature to liquid blow mold the preform and by supplying, through a second supply path that is different from the first supply path, a second liquid into the preform after or simultaneously with the supply of the first liquid.

Liquid blow molding method

A liquid blow molding method molds a bottomed tubular-shaped preform into a liquid-containing container in which a content liquid is held. The liquid blow molding method includes: a filling step of filling a first liquid in a first pressurizing source and filling a second liquid in a second pressurizing source; and a molding step of liquid blow molding the preform by simultaneously supplying, to the preform, the first liquid pressurized to a predetermined pressure by the first pressurizing source and the second liquid pressurized to a predetermined pressure by the second pressurizing source by simultaneously operating the first pressurizing source and the second pressurizing source.
