Mould filling with subsequent closing under internal pressure
Disclosed is an apparatus for expanding and filling plastic parisons to form plastic containers with a liquid medium, with at least one transforming station which has a hollow mould, inside which the plastic parisons can be expanded into plastic containers and can be simultaneously filled by application of a liquid medium, wherein the transforming station is arranged on a carrier and wherein the transforming station has a filling device which feeds the liquid medium to the plastic parisons under pressure, wherein the transforming station has a pressure chamber to which a gas can be applied, wherein for filling of the plastic parisons the filling device can be introduced into the pressure chamber and after the filling can be removed at least partially, and wherein a closing unit can be introduced into the pressure chamber, in order to close the expanded und filled plastic containers.
Method and apparatus for fabricating containers
A method for the fabrication of a container from a substantially tubular preform provided with an open end communicating with a cavity comprises the steps of positioning the preform within a mold that substantially defines a container such that the open end of the preform protrudes from the mold; providing an injector in sealed fluid communication with the open end of the preform which injects a quantity of liquid into the cavity of the preform, increasing the pressure within the cavity and inducing the preform to deform into the shape of the mold and form a container; and then reducing the pressure within the container to atmospheric pressure while maintaining sealed fluid communication between the injector and the open end. Using the method for fabricating and filling a beverage container.
Blow nozzle with holes for directional blowing
A blow nozzle for supplying compressed air to the internal cavity of a preform, the blow nozzle including a tube having a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer, the first layer being radially wider and having a larger diameter than the second layer, the second layer being disposed between the first and third layers, and the second layer being radially wider and having a larger diameter than the third, and a plurality of holes disposed on the third layer for directional blowing of the compressed air into the preform, when the nozzle is inserted into a neck opening of the preform and rests in a blow molding position.
Device and method for producing sterile containers
A method for handling at least sectionally sterile workpieces having a filiable inner volume, wherein the workpieces are each connected to a closure device, and by which the workpieces are guided through a plurality of treatment stations. One of the stations is a sterilization unit, wherein in at least one of the treatment stations, a treatment member is moved through a passage opening of the closure device all the way into the inner volume of the workpiece. The passage opening of the closure device is closed off by a closure element, which opens when the treatment member moves through and closes again upon removal of the member, wherein the closure device sealingly closes the inner volume of the workpiece with respect to an external region.
