The metering control section controls the first driving device based on the decompressing rotation information predicted by the prediction section.
Injection molding device, injection molding method, and injection molding resin material
An injection molding device includes an injection machine, a molding die, and a high frequency oscillation device. The injection machine injects a resin material containing a dielectric heat generating material while keeping fluidity by temperature control. The molding die includes a cavity being a channel of flow of the resin material, and a pair of electrodes, each of which faces the cavity, the pair of electrodes being disposed to sandwich the resin material therebetween in a direction crossing a direction of the flow. The high frequency oscillation device applies a high frequency alternate-current voltage to the pair of electrodes.
Abnormality Detection Apparatus, Abnormality Detection Method, and Non-Transitory Computer Readable Recording Medium
An abnormality detection apparatus for detecting an abnormality of a ball screw provided in an injection molding machine includes a current sensor configured to detect an alternating current of a motor for applying a driving force to the ball screw; and a computation unit configured to detect an abnormality of the ball screw based on information related to a distribution of frequency components obtained by frequency analysis of an alternating current detected by the current sensor, and information related to a distribution of frequency components obtained by frequency analysis of an alternating current detected when the ball screw, which is normal, operates.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An injection molding machine includes: a fixed side member; and a movable side member fixed to the fixed side member, the movable side member being driven by a motor in order to perform injection molding of a molded product. The injection molding machine further includes a power feeding apparatus, one or more motors, and at least one servo amplifier. The power feeding apparatus converts a three-phase AC voltage into a DC voltage. The one or more of the motors are provided in the movable side member and drive the movable side member. The at least one servo amplifier is provided in the movable side member and drives one of the one or more of the motors by the DC voltage being supplied thereto through a DC power supply line.
REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM
In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. A control unit 9 includes: a main body memory 9c that stores the ON/OFF state of a state switch together with the status of an injection molding machine main body, the clamp status and time information; and a main body communication unit 9d which is capable of short-range wireless communication. A message diagnosing a failure is stored in a smartphone 12 for all combinations of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch for each of the following cases: whether in mold replacement mode or not; and whether a clamp device is in a clamped state or an unclamped state, or in a state other than the forgoing. The history of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch with respect to the status of the main body and the clamp status is read from the main body memory 9c by wireless communication, and a corresponding message is displayed.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM FOR PERFORMING ASSEMBLY OPERATION IN MOLD
An injection molding system includes: a first extruding member that extrudes a first molded article from a mold; a robot that transfers the first molded article extruded from the mold to an assembling position in relation to a second molded article in the mold; a second extruding member that extrudes the second molded article from the mold towards the first molded article retained at the assembling position by way of the robot, and assembles the second molded article to the first molded article; and a load detection unit that detects load applied to the second extruding member, in which defect discrimination of the first molded article, the second molded article, or an assembled state of the first molded article and the second molded article is performed, based on load detected by the load detection unit when the second molded article is assembled to the first molded article.
INJECTION MOLDING CONTROLLER INTERFACE WITH USER-ADJUSTABLE VARIABLES
An injection molding machine uses a native controller and a retrofit controller to effectively control its operation. The controllers may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The retrofit controller may cause the machine to operate at any number of combinations of settings of operational parameters which result in the machine operating at or below the maximum load value by adjusting any number of machine parameters associated with the injection molding machine based on feedback sensors measuring real-time operating conditions of the machine.
ABNORMALITY DETECTION DEVICE FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An abnormality detection device includes a servo CPU; a physical quantity detection unit which detects a physical quantity such as a load applied on a servo motor which operates a movable part included in an injection molding machine. The abnormality detection device further includes a first storage unit directly readable/writable by the servo CPU; and a second storage unit not directly readable/writable by the servo CPU. A reference physical quantity is stored in the first and second storage units. The servo CPU outputs an instruction for stopping or decelerating the movable part in response to a first physical quantity deviation, which is a deviation between a reference physical quantity read from the first storage unit and a current physical quantity, or a second physical quantity deviation, which is a deviation between a reference physical quantity read from the second storage unit and a current physical quantity, exceeds a threshold value.
