A method for manufacturing a cosmetic stick having at least two different colored portions includes inserting a pin into at least one mold cavity of a mold body, filling the mold cavity containing the pin with a first cosmetic material of a first color, and then recovering the excess first cosmetic material from a top surface of the mold body. The pin is removed from the mold cavity leaving a void in the mold cavity, and a guard plate is placed over the top surface of the mold body, the guard plate having a hole over the mold cavity. The void in the mold cavity is filled with a second cosmetic material, the second cosmetic material being a second color that is different than the first color. The excess second cosmetic material is then recovered from a top surface of the guard plate.

The present invention relates to a freeze-drying mold and a method for manufacturing water-soluble polymer balls using the same, more specifically to a freeze-drying mold that is provided with a first mold having a plurality of first accommodation grooves formed on underside thereof and a plurality of discharge portions formed on top thereof to communicate with the plurality of first accommodation grooves and a second mold having a plurality of second accommodation grooves formed on top thereof to be facingly coupled to the plurality of first accommodation grooves of the first mold to thus provide a plurality of accommodation portions, and a method for manufacturing water-soluble polymer balls using the same.
According to the present invention, the freeze-drying mold is capable of controlling the shrinkage rate of a solution in a freeze-drying process to make freeze-dried spherical materials, easily separating the made freeze-dried materials therefrom, and optimizing a drying efficiency thereof, and the method for manufacturing water-soluble polymer balls using the same is carried out so that the water-soluble polymer balls are constant in pore sizes and distributions, have high strength, and do not have any films on the surfaces thereof.

Provided are a preparation method of a piezoelectric composite material, and the application thereof. The preparation method includes: step 1, designing a curved-surface 3D printed mesh mold and forming the curved-surface 3D printed mesh mold by printing; step 2, cutting a blocky piezoelectric phase into a plurality of small piezoelectric columns; step 3, inserting the small piezoelectric columns into empty cells of the 3D printed mold; step 4, filling gaps between the piezoelectric columns and the 3D printed mold with a non-piezoelectric phase such as an epoxy resin, and curing and forming the non-piezoelectric phase; and step 5, grinding, polishing, and ultrasonically cleaning a prepared sample, and then performing an electrode coating operation on the sample to obtain a curved-surface piezoelectric composite material.
