Mold for forming a radio frequency (RF) coil for a plasma processing apparatus
Various embodiments of molds and methods are disclosed herein for fabricating a radio frequency (RF) coil. The disclosed mold includes a cylindrical inner core having a first helically shaped groove formed within an outer surface of the cylindrical inner core, and a two-piece compression sleeve having a second helically shaped groove formed within an inner surface of the two-piece compression sleeve. When portions of the two-piece compression sleeve are attached together, the two-piece compression sleeve surrounds the cylindrical inner core and provide a compressive force to a conductor arranged within the first and second helically shaped grooves to fabricate the RF coil. In some embodiments, a three-dimensional (3D) printing process may be used to fabricate each piece of the mold separately.

Filming method of probe and probe thereof
A filming method of probe and the probe made by the filming method, the method includes following steps: spraying hydrophilic matrix material on the rigid member; injecting liquid polyethylene glycol into an interior, letting the polyethylene glycol coagulate; cutting out the solid polyethylene glycol, letting the cutting surface and the perimeter of the rigid member to be formed in a smooth plane; letting the wedge end of the rigid member insert a liquid latex vertically for immersion, picking up the rigid member and dripping residue, air drying the adhesive layer of the rigid member; upward setting the wedge end of the rigid member, and letting the latex film be heated, melting the solid polyethylene glycol and letting the polyethylene glycol drain away. The method can minimize the nonlinear deviation, simplify the technological process, improves product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Novel Elastomeric Gel Liner
A method of making a thermoplastic gel prosthetic liner for use with a prosthetic assembly that acts as the interface between the residual limb of an amputee and the socket assembly. The prosthetic liner comprises an open proximal end, a closed distal end, and sidewalls comprising an inner layer of molded thermoplastic gel. The thermoplastic gel is molded over a mandrel that has been sandblasted using #36 grit and, optionally, #320 grit at 100 psi so as to form microcraters and reduce the coefficient of static friction.
Pallet having curved openings
A pallet is taught having two openings on at least one side of the pallet, the two openings formed by a bisecting wall separating the openings. More specifically, at least one bisecting post creates a first opening and a second opening Each of the said first and second openings each have a convexly curved runner, said runner convexly curved along its width; and a concavely curved ceiling, said ceiling concavely curved along its width wherein the center point of the radius of the curved runner varies from the radius of the curved ceiling.
MOLD FOR MOLDING POLYURETHANE CONDOM, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE METHOD FOR MOLD
The present disclosure provides a mold for molding a polyurethane condom, and methods for manufacturing and using the mold. The mold (200) has a surface roughness of 0.2 or less, is formed from a thermoplastic polymer having a surface tension of 10-35 mN/m. The mold (200) for molding a polyurethane condom is prepared by injection molding the thermoplastic polymer. When the mold (200) is used, the mold (200) is hung vertically and dipped in an emulsion containing a polyurethane resin to obtain a dipped mold (200), then the dipped mold (200) is removed and dried to form a polyurethane film on its surface, and then demolded to obtain a polyurethane condom (100). The condom formed by the mold (200) is thin and has excellent flexibility and strength, satisfying the market demand for the product.

Thermal Management Assembly for an Electrified Vehicle
A cover for a housing of an electric machine is provided. The cover may include an inner sidewall and an outer sidewall. The outer sidewall may be spaced apart from the inner sidewall to define a coolant channel therebetween. The inner sidewall and outer sidewall may be defined by an interior surface of the cover such that the coolant channel receives end windings of a stator of the electric machine when the cover is secured to the housing. The interior surface of the cover may define features between the sidewalls to promote turbulence of coolant flowing through the coolant channel. The interior surface of the cover may define a meandering trough between the sidewalls to form a predetermined coolant path relative to a location of the end windings when the cover is secured to the housing.
