Method for producing foam, and foam produced thereby
The present invention relates to a method for producing foam and foam produced thereby. The method for producing foam includes a step for producing foam by kneading and injection molding a first extrusion product and a second extrusion product, wherein the first extrusion product is obtained by extruding a first composition including an aromatic vinyl-based resin, and the second extrusion product is obtained by extruding a second composition including a polyamide resin and a foaming agent.
CURABLE COMPOSITION FOR MECHANICAL FOAMING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAM OF THE SAME
A curable composition for mechanical foaming has a complex viscosity η* that satisfies the following conditions (A) and (B) in frequency dependence measurement by a rheometer: condition (A): η* at 0.1 Hz and 25° C. is in a range of 1000 to 50000 Pa.Math.s; and condition (B): η* at 10.0 Hz and 25° C. is in a range of 100 to 1000 Pa.Math.s.
The curing form of the curable composition for mechanical foaming is not a moisture curing form.
Foam molding mold and method for manufacturing foam molding body
According to the present invention, a side part cavity (23) in which a side part is molded, a body part cavity (24) in which a body part is molded, and an attachment part cavity (25) in which an attachment part is molded are formed between a plurality of molding molds (21, 22), and a guiding part (26) that is configured to guide a foam to the body part cavity when an undiluted foam solution of the second synthetic resin material supplied to the side part cavity foams is arranged at a part of the side part cavity adjacent to, in a left-right direction X, a rear end part of the body part cavity in which a non-contact part is molded.
FOAM MOLDING APPARATUS AND FOAM MOLDING METHOD THEREBY
A foam molding apparatus and a foam molding method thereby are proposed. The foam molding apparatus includes a foaming agent supply unit configured to supply a foaming agent, a molten resin supply unit configured to supply molten resin, a fixed mixing unit configured to produce a foaming resin-critical solution by mixing a foaming agent supplied from the foaming agent supply unit and molten resin supplied from the molten resin supply unit through a rod-shaped body, and a molding unit configured to mold a foam molding product using the foaming resin-critical solution supplied from the fixed mixing unit. Accordingly, it is possible to produce a foaming resin-critical solution by uniformly mixing a large amount of high-viscosity gel-state molten resin and a high-pressure compressed and low-viscosity foaming agent, using high-strength multiple channels.
