Foam molding method, foam molded article, and method for manufacturing foam molded article
A foam molding method includes: sealing a core material and a skin material with a sealing part; and molding a foam layer on the inside of the sealing part. The sealing of the core material and the skin material with the sealing part includes sealing the core material and the skin material so that the sealing part includes a self sealing part for which an edge part of the skin material is housed in a recess provided in the core material, a clamp sealing part sealed by clamping the core material and the edge part of the skin material by foam molding molds, and a crimp sealing part arranged in a switchover part between the clamp sealing part and the self sealing part, and sealed by crimping the edge part of the skin material to the core material.
COOLING TANK, WATER PURIFIER HAVING SAME, AND COOLING TANK MANUFACTURING METHOD
Provided is a cooling tank comprising a tank body in which a water accommodation space is formed, a foaming case for encompassing the outer peripheral surface of the tank body, and a foam insulating material formed by a foaming agent flowing into the foaming space between the outer peripheral surface of the tank body and the foaming case, and then foaming, wherein the foam insulating material is integrated with the tank body and the case through foaming, and the case has an air outlet through which air of the foaming space is discharged during a foaming process.
Male component and respective mould unit for producing a vehicle saddle
The present invention relates to a male component or punch for a mould unit for producing a vehicle saddle.
Skin foam-in-place foamed article and production method thereof
There is provided a skin foam-in-place foamed article comprising a pad (15) and a bag-like outer material (20) covering the pad (15). The outer material (20) has a top layer (21) and a liner layer (22) made of a foamed resin. The liner layer (22) has a closed cell structure. A pad-side skin layer (27a) having a density higher than that of a bulk layer (26) is provided on the liner layer (22), on a side of the pad (15). A corona treatment is applied to the pad-side skin layer (27a).
Foaming die device adapted to effect foaming in trim cover assembly integrally to form headrest, and foaming process for forming headrest by effecting foaming in trim cover assembly integrally, using the foaming die device
A foaming die device for forming a headrest is provided, which comprises a lower die having a first protrusion and an upper die having a second protrusion. The lower and upper dies are used for accommodating a trim cover assembly with a headrest stay portion extending outwardly through a stay passage hole formed in the trim cover assembly. The first and second protrusions are adapted to press and turn over a projected area created about the stay hole into the inside of that trim cover assembly. Also, a foaming process for forming the headrest, using this foaming die device, is provided, in which the projected area is turned over by the first and second protrusions into the trim cover assembly when placing the trim cover assembly in the dies. Hence, conventional preliminary steps using cylindrical stick to turn over the projected area into the trim cover assembly are eliminated.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN INTERIOR TRIM PART OF A VEHICLE AND MOLDING TOOL
A molding tool and method for producing an interior trim part. A cavity is embodied between a first element and a second element, and a slide is displaceably connected to the first element. A decorative layer is arranged on the first element and a backing is arranged on the second element. A foamable mixture is added to the hollow area between the backing and a reverse side of the decorative layer, such that a foam layer fills the hollow area. A distance between the first element and the second element is increased to enlarge the hollow area. During this process, the slide is pressed against a side facing away from the reverse side of the decorative layer, such that the hollow area is sealed with the reverse side of the decorative layer pressed against a lateral surface of the backing and/or against a lateral surface of the second element.
VEHICLE SEAT
This seat for vehicles is provided with: a seat cushion frame that forms the skeleton of the seat part of the seat; a cushion material disposed on the seat cushion frame; and a trim cover that covers the cushion material. The seat cushion frame has a cushion side frame that supports the lateral lower section of the seat part of the seat, and a trim wire that is fixed to the cushion side frame. The ends of the trim cover have a pocket part sewn in a pocket shape, and are configured such that the trim cover is fixed by inserting the trim wire into the pocket part.
Apparatus and method for manufacturing crash pad
An apparatus and method for manufacturing a crash pad with a foaming layer formed by injecting a foaming solution between a core and a skin are disclosed. The apparatus includes a first mold and a second mold used to form the skin by injecting molten resin of a skin material into a skin forming cavity when the first and second molds are combined. In addition, a third mold and the fourth mold form the core by injecting molten resin of a core material into a core forming cavity when the third and fourth molds are combined. The first mold has a vacuum aperture in an inner surface of the first mold to adsorb and fix a thread to implement a stitch before the forming of the skin, and the vacuum aperture exerts a vacuum suctioning force to absorb and fix via a vacuum pressure applied from a vacuum pressure providing unit.
Process for making seats with additional gel padding, seat obtained therewith and equipment for implementing said process
A process is disclosed for making seats, for example bicycle seats, which include at least one shell, at least one covering sheet or covering, and at least one gel padding element, which adheres to at least one intermediate adhesion sheet made of a material having micro holes or holes or a woven fabric, which in turn adheres to a surface of the at least one covering. Equipment configured to implement such process is also disclosed.
THERMALLY EXPANDABLE COMPOSITIONS AND USE THEREOF IN WELDING SEALER TAPES
A thermally expandable composition including at least one solid rubber R, at least on tackifying resin, at least one blowing agent, a vulcanization system, and 0.5-30 wt.-% of fibrous magnesium oxysulphate or carbon fibers or a mixture thereof. Also, a shaped article including a substrate layer composed of the thermally expandable composition, to a method for providing sealing, structural adhesion, baffling, or combination thereof to a structure of a manufactured article, and to use of fibrous magnesium oxysulphate or carbon fibers or a mixture thereof in a thermally expandable composition to improve sag resistance and/or flame resistance properties of said composition.
