METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A TRIM ELEMENT WITH DOUBLE DECORATION AND ASSOCIATED DEVICE
A manufacturing method for a trim element, which includes the following steps: supplying a mold in an open configuration which has a first mold part and a second mold part; positioning a first pre-formed decoration against the first mold part; positioning a wedge in contact with an edge of the first decoration; positioning a second flexible décor; closing the mold in a closed configuration, where the second decoration sits between the two mold parts; and back-injecting a substrate into the molding cavity, where the second decoration is pushed by the substrate against the first decoration. Also provided is an associated manufacturing device.
Injection-moulded component, joint, injection-moulding device, and method for producing an injection-moulded component
An injection-molded component having a casing body of plastics material and a core which is made of a core material, in particular of a metal, which is at least partially received within the casing body and is at least partially insert-molded. The injection-molded component may in particular serve as a joint part of a joint. As a result of the preferably metallic core, the injection-molded component, despite comparatively small dimensioning, is capable of being comparatively highly stressed. By virtue of the casing body of plastics material, a minor actuation noise may be implemented for the joint, even without complex lubrication.
Method for Producing a Holding Device
1. A method for producing a holding device (1), wherein a light guide channel (2) is formed in the holding device (1) and extends from a first end section (2a) to a second end section (2b) of the holding device (1), wherein the first end section (2a) has a receiving region, in which a first optical element (3) can be fastened in a form-fitting manner, wherein the second end section (2b) has a stop surface (5) for the connection to a second optical element (4), and wherein the method comprises the following steps:
a) providing the first optical element (3),
b) providing an injection molding device for carrying out an injection molding process, wherein the injection molding device has two mold halves,
c) introducing the first optical element (3) into the first mold half of the injection molding device,
d) closing the mold halves,
e) forming the first end section (2a) of the holding device,
f) forming a shell of the holding device (1), which encloses the light guide channel (2),
g) forming the second end section (2b), which terminates the shell of the holding device (1), together with the stop surface (5).
Suspension seating surface edge encapsulation method, seating surface carrier and seat made therewith
A seat includes a seat surface having a periphery and a carrier overmolded onto the seat surface over the periphery. The carrier has a periphery and a frame is overmolded onto the carrier over the carrier periphery. The seat is assembled without fasteners. A method for making the seat includes overmolding a carrier onto a periphery of a seat surface to form a seat surface/carrier assembly, tensioning the seat surface/carrier assembly in a mold and overmolding a frame onto a periphery of the seat surface/carrier assembly.
Method and apparatus for manufacturing semiconductor module
Disclosed is a technique capable of preventing an encapsulating material from covering a heat-dissipating surface of a semiconductor module, which releases heat of a switching element. Specifically disclosed a step for manufacturing a semiconductor module including a submodule having a collector and an emitter with heat-dissipating surfaces, including a step for placing the submodule in the cavity so that the submodule is pressed by the pressing device while covering the heat-dissipating surface of the emitter with the pressing device and covering the heat-dissipating surface of the collector with the lower mold, and a step for feeding the encapsulating material to the cavity by moving the piston so that the pressure of the cavity measured by the pressure measuring device does not exceed the pressure at which the pressing device presses the submodule.
COMPONENT OF A CARRIER SYSTEM
The present disclosure discloses a component of a carrier system comprising a belt element which is fastened to the component by a first end and comprises a second free end, by means of which it can be threaded through at least one loop of a second component, in order to fasten the components to one another, wherein the belt element comprises a textile belt strap and a plastics element. In this case, the plastics element is moulded onto the belt strap.
Method of producing a syringe barrel for medical purposes
The equipping of syringe barrels (11) with needles (25) takes place before the injection of the plastic, in which the needles (25) are introduced through the fixed part (5) of the injection mold (1) by a suitable transport device (transport rollers 33).
CONVEYING APPARATUS, RESIN MOLDING APPARATUS, CONVEYING METHOD, AND RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a conveyance device with which a subject to be molded can be positioned relative to a forming die. This conveyance device conveys a subject to be molded to one die from among forming dies to which a resin material is supplied from a resin injection part and comprises a retaining unit which retains and delivers the subject to be molded to the one die, a first movement mechanism which moves the subject to be molded having been delivered to the one die in a first direction toward the resin injection part, and a second movement mechanism which moves the subject to be molded having been delivered to the one die in a second direction differing from the first direction.
Method for insert-molding film material
A film material insert molding method, includes an intermediate part forming step of forming a first intermediate part having an edge extending radially outward, the edge being disposed at and near an outer peripheral end of a final shape of a film material, a transparent resin layer forming step of forming a second intermediate part including a transparent resin layer, by injection molding, on a front surface of the first intermediate part, with the edge of the first intermediate part being fixed, and a substrate resin layer forming step of forming an insert-molded article including a substrate resin layer, by injection molding, on a back surface of the second intermediate part, the substrate resin layer covering a surface of a radially outer end of the edge.
