MOLD, BLOW MOLDING DEVICE, AND INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE
A mold includes a first mold for receiving a neck mold that holds a neck part of a resin preform having a bottom, and for enclosing the preform inside, and a second mold inserted into the neck mold. At least one of a first sliding surface between the neck mold and the first mold and a second sliding surface between the neck mold and the second mold includes a solid lubricant embedded therein.
METHOD OF MOULDING AND MOULD TOOL
A mould tool comprising: a first tool part defining a first mould cavity portion; a second tool part defining a second mould cavity portion; and, a cavity alignment system comprising: a temperature control system configured to control the temperature of a first zone of the first tool part to thereby effect thermal expansion and/or contraction in the first zone of the first tool part; a sensor configured to measure movement of a part of the first tool part in response to the said thermal expansion and/or contraction; and, a controller configured to control the temperature control system in response to feedback from the sensor to thereby control the position of the first mould cavity portion relative to the second mould cavity portion.
DIALYZER MANUFACTURING TOOL
A dialyzer housing manufacturing system includes a molding device configured to mold a dialyzer housing, and a tool coupled to a robotic arm and configured to retrieve the dialyzer housing from the molding device after the dialyzer housing is molded. The tool includes a frame, a first suction cup connected to a first portion of the frame, and a second suction cup connected to a second portion of the frame, the second suction cup being oriented about 70 degrees to about 110 degrees relative to the first suction cup.
BALL SCREW CENTERING DEVICES FOR INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUSES
An injection molding apparatus including a stack mold tool and a ball screw centering device. The stack mold tool including a stationary mold block, a center mold block movable relative to the stationary mold block, and a distal mold block movable relative to the center mold block. The ball screw centering device includes a center bearing housing connected to the center mold block, a rotatable shaft having a first side ball track and a second side ball track, a first nut coupled to the stationary mold block, the first nut including a track portion cooperating with the first side ball track to define a passage for a first set of ball bearings, and a second nut coupled to the distal mold block, the first nut including a track portion cooperating with the second side ball track to define a passage for a second set of ball bearings.
Slide guidance and wear reduction for injection molding
A guidance system for a slide assembly for a mold for a plastic and/or silicone processing machine is presented. The processing machine comprises at least two mold halves with at least one slide assembly mounted to at least one mold half. The slide assembly is movable parallel to the plane of the parting line of the two mold halves and generally perpendicular to the direction of the plane of separation of the two mold halves after a part has been formed. The slide assembly comprises a carrier for holding cavity forming parts, gibs that secure the carrier to the mold half, and a series of rollers arranged to engage with the carrier such that the rollers roll with the movement of the carrier parallel to the parting line of the two mold halves. The rollers do not bear any of the compression force used to press the two mold halves together.
Injection molding mold
The present invention pertains to an injection molding mold that can extrude the entirety of a workpiece from a cavity even when the cavity is enlarged so as to extend further than the outer side of an ejector plate. The injection molding mold may include a mold member having a cavity formed on the front side, a mold frame supporting the mold member from the back side, an ejector plate provided in the space within the mold frame so as to ascend and descend freely therein, a first workpiece extrusion means for extruding the workpiece above the ejector plate, and a second workpiece extrusion means for operating in conjunction with the first workpiece extrusion means and extruding the workpiece formed in the cavity in an area that is further to an outer side than the ejector plate.
GUIDE RAIL SYSTEM FOR MOLD BOX
A mold box having a first mold plate and a second mold plate. The mold box includes a single elongate guide rail extending through a bore defined by the second mold plate. The single elongate guild rail allows the second mold plate to be movably arranged relative to the first mold plate.
BEARING FOR LINEAR GUIDE RAIL
A mold box containing a bearing assembly arranged between the guide surfaces of a guide rail pillar. The bearing assembly has a bearing element that contains a main body part capable of receiving the guide rail pillar. The bearing element also has a first bearing surface and a second bearing surface that can be arranged in a common plane, parallel to the planar guide surfaces and spaced apart in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The first and second bearing surfaces are separated by an intermediary surface portion that is retracted from the common plane. Cavities formed in the bearing element are located below each of the first and second bearing surfaces, such the bearing element is provided with a resilience relative to the main body part.
MOULD STRUCTURE WITH FAST REPLACEMENT OF MOULD CORE
Provided is a mold structure with a fast replacement of a mold core, including an upper mold base and a lower mold base corresponding to the upper mold base. The upper mold base is provided with at least one upper mold base, wherein the bottom of the upper mold base is provided with a push-pull device, the push-pull device includes a pressure cylinder and a push-pull rod capable of expansion and contraction and the upper mold core is driven by the expansion and contraction of the push-pull rod, and is relatively separated from or embedded in the upper mold base, and wherein the bottom of the upper mold core is provided with a chute, and the upper mold core is operatively coupled with or separated from the push-pull rod by the chute. Consequently, the action of replacing the mold core is performed.
Molding system with movable split mold inserts
Disclosed herein, amongst other things, is, a stripper assembly operable to eject a molded article from a mold that includes slides that are movable laterally relative to each, a first split mold insert inter-connected to a first slide and a second split mold insert inter-connected to a second slide. The system being operable such that when the first and second slides are in the closed position, the first and second split mold inserts form at least a portion of the molding cavity; the system being operable such that such during operation of the injection molding system, the first split mold insert is movable relative to the respective first slide and the second split mold insert being movable relative to the second slide.
