Injection apparatus
An injection apparatus of the invention injects a molding material supplied from a material supply port, and includes a die, a material supply apparatus that extrudes the molding material that is thread-like or strip-like via the die, and a material guide apparatus that guides the molding material supplied via the die to the material supply port. The material discharge port of the material supply apparatus and the die protrude downward in the material supply apparatus, and a pressure inside the material guide apparatus is reduced by a pressure reducing apparatus from a pressure reducing port provided above the material discharge port of the material supply apparatus and the die.

An injection molding machine configured to causes torpedo pistons to be slid in one way to thereby plasticize a resin material supplied to a first space of a cylinder, and causes a molten resin to flow into a second space of the cylinder and causes the torpedo pistons to be slid in the other way to thereby inject the molten resin. The injection molding machine includes pressurizing pistons inserted into the torpedo pistons so that the pressurizing pistons can be slid in such a way that an amount of protrusion of the cylinder into the second space of the cylinder with respect to the torpedo pistons is changed, and energizing means for energizing the pressurizing pistons toward the second space of the cylinder.
INJECTION MACHINE FOR RECYCLED PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides an injection machine for a recycled plastic injection molding system. The injection machine comprises a supplying system configured to drive plastics from an entry end to downstream of receiving route, a heating system disposed to downstream of the supplying system and configured to melt plastics and drive plastics to the downstream of receiving route, and a buffer system disposed to downstream of the heating system and configured to be a receiving state and a supplying state. When the buffer system is in the receiving state, the buffer system is configured to receiving plastics from the heating system. When the buffer system is in the supplying state, the buffer system is configured to drive plastics to downstream of the receiving route.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE APPARATUS FOR A SHAPING MACHINE
A hydraulic drive apparatus includes a first hydraulic pump, a drive motor connected to the first hydraulic pump, a hydraulic line system connecting the first hydraulic pump to the consumer, and a closed-loop control unit. The closed-loop control unit has a first switching element to change a displacement volume of the first hydraulic pump between a predetermined minimum value and a maximum value. A second hydraulic pump is connected to the drive motor, and the hydraulic line system connects the second hydraulic pump to a consumer and has a first branch line connected to the first hydraulic pump, a second branch line connected to a second hydraulic pump, and a main line. The two branch lines open into the main line, and the closed-loop control unit has a second switching element for changing a displacement volume of the second hydraulic pump between a predetermined minimum value and a maximum value.
INJECTION APPARATUS
An injection piston drives a screw. An injection hydraulic cylinder drives the injection piston and is partitioned into first and second chambers. A first oil discharge port is disposed in the injection hydraulic cylinder to be blocked by a piston part when the piston part of the injection piston advances to a pressure-holding switching position, and discharges hydraulic oil from the second chamber. A second oil discharge port is disposed in the injection hydraulic cylinder to be capable of discharging hydraulic oil from the second chamber regardless of the position of the injection piston. The injection piston has first and second members. The joint of the first and second members is disposed at a position separated from an end of the piston part on a side of the second chamber by a predetermined distance.
INJECTION DEVICE AND MOLDING MACHINE
A run-around circuit makes a hydraulic fluid discharged from a rod-side chamber along with a forward movement of a piston in an injection cylinder flow into a head-side chamber. A servo valve is provided in the run-around circuit and is connected to a tank. In a first state, the servo valve permits flow from the rod-side chamber to the head-side chamber, while prohibits flow from the rod-side chamber to the tank. In a second state, the servo valve prohibits flow from the rod-side chamber to the head-side chamber, while permits flow from the rod-side chamber to the tank. The servo valve can control the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the rod-side chamber in each of the first state and second state.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS, INJECTION MOLDING METHOD, AND INJECTION MOLDING PROGRAM
An injection molding machine capable of continuously injecting a molten resin is provided. An injection molding machine including: a plurality of cylinders; a plurality of pistons configured to extrude the molten resin inside the respective cylinders; a plurality of drive parts configured to drive the respective pistons; an injection part configured to inject the molten resin extruded from the plurality of cylinders; and a controller configured to control the plurality of drive parts. The controller controls the plurality of drive parts in such a way that a period during which the molten resin is injected from a first cylinder overlaps a period during which the molten resin is injected from a second cylinder and the molten resin is continuously injected from the plurality of cylinders.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS, AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD

Micro moulding machine and process
A micro moulding machine and process for forming small plastic parts for the medical device industry. The machine adds heat in two steps to a precision sized plastic pellet and then displaces the entire pellet volume into the mould cavity. A substantial amount of heat is added to the pellet by forcing it through an orifice very near the gate of the mould. The pneumatic pressure to drive the pellet through the orifice is controlled to regulate the amount of heat introduced into the pellet.
Resin supply systems
Resin supply system in which resin material is stored in a pouch in a degassed state ready for use. The pouch comprises a body portion forming a reservoir for resin material and a connector portion in fluid communication therewith. The connector portion includes an outlet which is configured to be connected to an injector head of an injector assembly, the injector head being connectable to a mould by means of connecting tubing to provide a resin supply thereto. The pouch is configured to be mountable in a housing of the injector assembly and is compressed by hydrostatic pressure of water surrounding the pouch in a chamber of the housing. The application of pressure by a piston moving in a direction transfers pressure to the water and then to the pouch in a controlled manner to provide the resin supply to the mould. After use, the pouch is removed and discarded thereby substantially eliminating the need for cleaning of the housing after use.
