09849641 · 2017-12-26 ·

A method of forming a film (1) of molten polymer material, by extruding said material in a direction (2) out of a narrow exit slot (3), which is an integral part of a wider die chamber (4) of which the major dimension of extension is parallel with the major dimension of the exit slot (3), characterized in that the molten polymer material is formed into one or more flows generally parallel with said major dimension of the exit slot (3), each said flow being pumped in a re-circulating arrangement from the chamber inlet (7) to the outlet (8) through conduits connecting the inlet to the outlet, while fresh molten polymer material is administered from a reservoir into each re-circulating flow.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR THE CREATING OF SUPPORTS, FORMWORKS, OR STRUCTURES MADE OF FOAMED PLASTICS, AS WELL AS DEVICE AND METHOD FOR THE CREATING OF CONSTRUCTIONS

The object of the invention are the device and method for the creating of supports, formworks, and structures made of foamed plastics, and the method for the creating of constructions, which can be used especially for the incremental creation of concrete structures, as well as the device and method for the creating of concrete constructions, especially in the incremental technique, where the supports, formworks, and structures are made of foamed plastics using the incremental technique.

Extruder screw having paths within the screw, extruder, and extrusion method

An extruder screw conveying raw materials while kneading them includes a screw main body, conveyance portions, barrier portions, and paths. The conveyance portions convey the raw materials in an axial direction. The paths each include an entrance and an exit. The raw materials, the conveyance of which is limited by the barrier portions, flow in from the entrance. The raw materials flowing in from the entrance flow through the paths in an opposite direction to a conveyance direction. The exit is opened in the outer circumferential surface of the screw main body at a position outside the conveyance portions in which the entrance is opened.

DEVICE FOR INFLUENCING THE VOLUMETRIC FLOW OF EXTRUDED PLASTICALLY DEFORMABLE MATERIAL

A device for influencing the volume flow of extruded plastically deformable material conveyed to an outlet nozzle. A flange arranged between an extrusion unit and an outlet nozzle and is connected to the extrusion unit and the outlet nozzle. A duct from the extrusion unit and the outlet nozzle is incorporated in the flange. A piston is mounted in the flange to be rotatable perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the duct and is located through the duct. In the piston there is a hole which opens into a bypass duct routed to a bypass nozzle. On the outer lateral surface of the piston there is at least one groove in the region of the duct so that, depending on the angular positions of the piston, material can be conveyed through the at least one groove to the outlet nozzle or through the hole to the bypass nozzle.
