HEATING OVEN AND METHOD OF USE
Ways to produce a plurality of preform (5) temperature profiles are provided that employ systems having a first heating means, a second heating means, and a first transfer means. The a first heating means has a first preform (5) path, imparts a first temperature profile to a preform (5) passing through the first preform (5) path, and has a first dispensing means configured to selectively dispense the preform (5) passing through at least a portion of the first preform (5) path. The second heating means has a second preform (5) path, imparts a second temperature profile to a preform (5) passing through the second preform (5) path, and has a second dispensing means configured to selectively dispense the preform (5) passing through at least a portion of the second preform (5) path. The first transfer means selectively transfers a preform (5) between the first preform (5) path and the second preform (5) path.
PREFORM ASSEMBLY, DOUBLE CONTAINER, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DOUBLE CONTAINER
A preform assembly includes: an outer preform that includes an outer mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the outer mouth portion and in which a recess extending in a vertical direction is provided on an inner surface of the stretch portion; and an inner preform that includes an inner mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the inner mouth portion, wherein an outside air introduction port communicating with a part between the outer preform and the inner preform is provided in a mouth portion composed of the outer mouth portion and the inner mouth portion located on an inner side of the outer mouth portion.

Compositions and methods for manufacturing blow molded containers
Blow molded containers and methods for making the same are provided. A blow molded container has a container wall including a thermoplastic polymer material having a rheology melt strength (R.sub.ms) of at least 30 Pa.Math.s.sup.2. A method of making a container includes providing a material sheet including at least one thermoplastic polymer layer having a rheology melt strength (R.sub.ms) of at least 30 Pa.Math.s.sup.2, forming the material sheet into a tube, sealing the tube at a seal area, and blow molding the tube to form a container.
Parison supply device and supply method
A parison supply device that continuously supplies, to a blow molding die, parison sections of a parison discharged from an extrusion die, the parison section having a specified length. The parison supply device includes a plurality of tension chucks and a tension chuck operation unit that operates the plurality of tension chucks. The tension chuck operation unit causes the individual tension chucks to perform a repeated operation of grasping the parison at a first position near the extrusion die and moving to a second position separated from the extrusion die such that, before the preceding tension chuck is separated by a set distance from the extrusion die at the second position, the following tension chuck grasps the parison at the first position, and then the parison section is supplied to the blow molding die.
PLASTIC AEROSOL CONTAINER, PREFORM AND METHOD
A plastic aerosol container (10), an associated preform (10a) and a method of manufacturing the preform (10a) and container (10) is described. The container (10) comprises an adapter (20) that defines an opening (11) of the container (10), the opening (11) being arranged to receive and be sealed by an aerosol valve cap (3). The container (10) also comprises a body 40 that defines an internal volume of the aerosol container (10). The container (10) is blow-moulded from a preform (10a) ideally having a corresponding adapter (20a) and body (40a) which are secured to one another, with an expansion region (45a, 46a) of the body (40a) of the preform (10a) being arranged to be expanded to form the internal volume of the aerosol container (10).
HOLLOW MOLDED ARTICLE
Disclosed is a hollow molded article which has an opening portion communicating with a flow channel and which can be manufactured simply. The hollow molded article includes a panel and flow channels. The panel includes a first resin sheet and a second resin sheet partly welded with the first resin sheet. The flow channels are disposed between the first resin sheet and the second resin sheet, and include connection portions for external connection which are disposed on a peripheral edge of the panel. The connection portions are formed by the first resin sheet and the second resin sheet.
