An injection blow molding apparatus comprises: a first oil supply section which has a hydraulic drive source composed of a drive motor, whose number of revolutions can be controlled, and a hydraulic pump and which supplies oil from an oil tank to an injection mold drive unit provided in an injection mold unit; and a second oil supply section which has a hydraulic drive source composed of a drive motor, whose number of revolutions can be controlled, and a hydraulic pump and which supplies oil from the oil tank to a blow mold drive unit provided in a blow mold unit, the second oil supply section being provided independently of the first oil supply section.

There is provided a blow molding device, in which the blow molding device includes an injection molding part injection-molding a preform having a main body portion, a temperature adjustment part adjusting a temperature of the preform, and a blow molding part blow-molding the preform, and the temperature adjustment part includes a conditioning core mold that is in contact with an inner surface of the main body portion and a conditioning cavity mold that is in contact with an outer surface of the main body portion, and compresses and deforms the main body portion of the preform into a desired shape with the main body portion sandwiched between the conditioning core mold and the conditioning cavity mold.

This resin-made container is provided with: a neck portion having a content inlet-outlet portion; a lateral surface portion connected to the neck portion; and a bottom portion that is disposed on the side opposite to the neck portion and that is connected to the lateral surface portion. The resin-made container is produced by a stretch blow molding process. The bottom portion has formed therein a bulge section that protrudes downward in the vertical direction. The bulge section is disposed in an eccentric region, of the bottom portion, positioned outside a region demarcated by perpendicularly projecting an opening plane of the inlet-outlet portion of the neck portion.

A method of manufacturing a pressure vessel that includes heating a preform formed of a thermoplastic polymer, inserting a blow pin assembly that includes a bung portion and a plunger portion into an opening of the heated preform, clamping the heated preform between the bung portion and sections of a blow mold, extending the plunger portion into an interior of the heated preform to stretch the heated preform in the blow mold, and blowing air into the stretched preform under pressure to form the pressure vessel such that: (a) the pressure vessel includes a tank having a neck portion, a cylindrical body portion having a diameter of at least about 200 mm, and a bottom portion, (b) at least the thermoplastic polymer in the cylindrical body portion is biaxially oriented, and (c) threads are formed in the neck portion. Also a pressure vessel formed in accordance with the method.

There is provided a cooling mold for cooling a resin preform that has a gate portion protruding outward from a center of a bottom portion, in which an accommodating space that accommodates the preform is formed in the cooling mold, a bottom region facing the bottom portion of the preform in the accommodating space has a shape following the bottom portion of the preform, and an air sucking hole for sucking air is formed in the bottom region at a position shifted from the center of the bottom portion of the preform.
