NESTABLE WATER TANK AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING NESTABLE WATER TANKS
The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a nestable water tank, the method comprising molding a water tank comprising a hollow cylindrical body and cutting the water tank to form the nestable water tank comprising a tank body and a lid, wherein the tank body comprises: a side wall comprising a cylindrical shape running along a vertical axis, an interior surface, and an exterior surface; and a bottom connected to a bottom portion of the cylindrical tank, together forming a nestable water tank interior space capable of storing water within the nestable water tank interior space and comprising an interior bottom surface and an exterior bottom surface, wherein at least one of the tank body and the lid are each nestable with other similarly shaped tank bodies and lids.
Fluid channel
A fluid channel of a container processing system for processing containers, such as bottles, is described, the container processing system comprising a blow molding machine and a container processing machine arranged downstream of the blow molding machine in the process direction. The fluid channel is arranged downstream of the blow molding machine and upstream of the downstream container treatment machine in the process direction and comprises at least one component, through which the fluid can flow and which comprises at least one outlet opening through which the fluid can escape from the fluid channel in the direction of a bottom of a container transported in the process direction. The component is produced by a generative manufacturing method.
Method for packaging liquid products under pressure in plastic bottles or similar containers
A method for packaging liquid products under pressure in thermoplastic containers includes blow-molding a container from a sterilized preform, exposing an exterior of the container to a mixture that includes liquid coolant and either a sterilizing agent or a disinfectant, pressure-filling the container with liquid product, and sealing the filled container.
APPARATUS FOR HOT FILLING CONTAINERS
An apparatus for hot or warm filling comprising a compression machine configured to apply an axial compression force to a collapsible thermoplastic container for liquids. The compression machine includes a lower body having a surface designed to be a resting surface for the base of the container; at least one upper body designed to contact a portion of the container above the peripheral groove, so that the container can be held in an upright position by the at least one lower body and the at least one upper body; actuating means for actuating the at least one lower body and/or the at least one upper body in order to apply said axial compression force, acting along a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the container, in order to make the proximal straight side to come into contact with the distal straight side, thus reducing the internal volume of the container.
CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR CONTAINER COOLING
The disclosure relates to a plant for producing and treating containers, comprising: a preform production machine for producing preforms, in particular an injection-molding machine; at least one container production unit for producing containers from the preforms; at least one container treatment unit, arranged downstream of the container production unit, for treating the containers produced in the container production unit; a cooling unit for cooling the containers produced in the container production unit, wherein the cooling unit is arranged downstream of the container production unit, and wherein the cooling unit is configured to cool the produced containers, in particular the bottoms of the produced containers, with a cooling medium as a function of control parameters of the preform production machine and/or as a function of control parameters of the container production unit and/or as a function of the container treatment unit.
Plant and Method for Producing and Treating Containers
A plant for producing and treating containers includes a clean room, a production machine for producing preforms, a blow-molding machine arranged downstream of the production machine for shaping the preforms into containers and a container treatment machine arranged downstream of the blow-molding machine for treating the containers. The production machine, the blow-molding machine and the container treatment machine are arranged in the clean room, and each component of the production machine, the blow-molding machine and the container treatment machine that comes into physical contact with a preform or a container consists of or comprises sterilization-proof material.
Apparatus and Method for the Follow-Up Treatment of Container Products
Disclosed is an apparatus for the follow-up treatment, in particular cooling, of container products, which are produced by means of a blow-moulding, filling and closing process, and which can be fed to a follow-up treatment zone, which has an influencing effect, in particular a cooling effect, on the respective container product. The container products enter the follow-up treatment zone singly separate from one another or together in individual groups separate from one another comprising multiple container products. The follow up treatment zone is provided with at least one control means, acting on the container products and determining the time for which they stay in the follow-up treatment zone.
