In a method for manufacturing a resin container, in the adjusting the temperature of the preform, the preform is accommodated in a cavity mold, a refrigerant introduction member is inserted into the preform, the refrigerant introduction member including a first flow path and a second flow path which are different in introduction or discharge position of a refrigerant, the preform is cooled by bringing the preform into close contact with an inner wall of the cavity mold at a pressure of the refrigerant introduced from the refrigerant introduction member. When the preform is cooled, cooling is performed by switching between a first cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the first flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the second flow path and a second cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the second flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the first flow path.

A cooling apparatus includes: a pair of movable frames provided to be movable relative to each other so as to clamp a tank; multiple contact members provided on each of the pair of movable frames and each having a contact surface configured to contact an outer surface of the tank; a cooling liquid supply passage provided with multiple cooling liquid supply ports that respectively open in the contact surfaces of the contact members to supply a cooling liquid toward the outer surface of the tank; and a cooling liquid supply device that supplies the cooling liquid to the cooling liquid supply passage. Each of the contact surfaces is provided with grooves extending from a corresponding one of the cooling liquid supply ports to an outer edge of the contact surface.

A liquid blow molding method molds a bottomed tubular-shaped preform into a liquid-containing container in which a content liquid is held. The liquid blow molding method includes: a first molding step of liquid blow molding the preform into a halfway shape by supplying, into the preform that has been heated to a predetermined temperature, a first liquid at a predetermined pressure through a nozzle unit; and a second molding step, performed after the first molding step, of liquid blow molding the preform by supplying a second liquid into the preform at a predetermined pressure through the nozzle unit.
