Negative pressure wound treatment apparatuses and methods with integrated electronics
Disclosed herein are embodiments of a wound treatment apparatus with electronic components integrated within a wound dressing. In some embodiments, a wound dressing apparatus can comprise a wound dressing. The wound dressing can comprise an absorbent material, an electronics unit comprising a negative pressure source, the electronics unit integrated within the wound dressing and at least partially encapsulated by a flexible film. The electronics unit can include translucent or transparent components that allow light to travel through to reach adhesives or coatings on the electronic components that would otherwise be obscured.
FIXING ASSEMBLY FOR MOUNTING UV LAMPS, CURING DEVICE HAVING THE SAME, AND CURING METHOD USING THE SAME
A fixing assembly for mounting UV lamps includes a base, a first gear and a plurality of mounting modules. The first gear is arranged on one side of the base; the mounting modules are arranged around the first gear. The mounting module includes a first driving assembly, a second driving assembly and a support frame. The first driving assembly is used to drive the second driving assembly and the support frame to move circumferentially around the first gear in a considerably horizontal plane, and the second driving component is used to drive the support to move back in a considerably vertical direction. The support frame is used for mounting UV lamp. The flexibility of the fixing assembly is improved. The UV lamp may comprehensively irradiate and cure the photosensitive adhesive.
Methods and Apparatus for Positioning a Structure on a Polymer Layer
Methods and apparatus for positioning a structure on a polymer layer are described. A method may involve forming a first polymer layer. The method may further involve positioning, by an apparatus, a structure on the first polymer layer, where the apparatus comprises a rod having a first end that supports the structure as the structure is being positioned and a plunger located around the first end of the rod that presses the structure onto the first polymer layer as the structure is being positioned. And the method may involve forming a second polymer layer over the first polymer layer and the structure, where the first polymer layer defines a first side of a body-mountable device and the second polymer layer defines a second side of the body-mountable device opposite the first side.
METHOD FOR FORMING AIRTIGHT STRUCTURE OF ELECTROACOUSTIC DEVICE AND AIRTIGHT STRUCTURE THEREOF
A method is provided forming an airtight structure of an electroacoustic device which includes a body shell composed of at least two half-shells and at least one airtight structure region. The method includes providing an automatic glue dispensing device for dispensing and pre-curing a photo-curing glue for one of the two half-shells, putting the half-shell into a photo-curing device to convert the photo-curing glue pre-cured completely into an elastomer, and combining the half-shell and the other one to have a pressing wall of the other half-shell to press the elastomer to form the airtight structure of the electroacoustic device, wherein the automatic glue dispensing device includes a glue dispensing head moving on a groove of the airtight region of the half-shell for dispensing the photo-curing glue and a pre-curing head continuously providing a curing light ray for pre-curing the photo-curing glue.
METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR LINING CONDUITS
Methods, apparatus or equipment and systems for lining conduits, e.g., preferably subterranean pipelines and passageways, such as sewers, with a liner impregnated with a curable resin in order to secure the conduit against ingress or egress of liquids.
Layered film production method
Provided is a method of manufacturing a laminated film, the method including laminating a glass film and a resin film via an adhesive layer, by which peeling between the glass film and the resin film is prevented, and hence a laminated film excellent in appearance can be obtained. The method of manufacturing a laminated film of the present invention includes the steps of: laminating a glass film and a resin film via an adhesive to provide a precursor laminate; and curing the adhesive by applying an active energy ray to the precursor laminate, wherein the curing step includes nonuniformly applying the active energy ray in a surface of the precursor laminate.
Process for pick and place of electronic components in a vacuum
A process for placing a circuit array on a sheet having adhesive during a pick and place operation in which a vacuum is used during its placement to minimize air bubbles between the adhesive layer and the circuit array.
PRE-FIXING TWO SUBSTRATES
A system including two pre-fixed substrates, wherein a first substrate and a second substrate. Each of the substrates has an opening in an overlap region, and an adhesive is arranged between the overlap regions, wherein the adhesive connects the two substrates together and is arranged at least partly in the openings. The adhesive is locally cured in the region of the openings. A cured sub-region of the adhesive extends from the first opening into the second opening, and a second sub-region of the adhesive is not cured.
Methods of assembling apparel products having cyclodextrin-azobenzene adhesives
Embodiments provide methods of assembling an apparel product. The methods include applying a composition to a portion of a major component of the apparel product or a portion of a minor component of the apparel product. The methods include coupling the portion of the minor component with the portion of the major component via the composition. The major component forms a base portion of the apparel product and is configured to be supported and worn at least partially over a portion of a wearer. The minor component forms a secondary portion that is configured to be coupled to the major component with an adhesive. The composition is cured to form the adhesive and the apparel product. The adhesive includes a polymer having a cyclodextrin moiety bonded to an azobenzene moiety.
Adhesive application apparatus
There is provided an adhesive application apparatus capable of efficiently applying an adhesive without inhibiting curing of the adhesive. An adhesive application apparatus of the present invention includes a mounting table 10, an adhesive dosing unit 20, and an ultraviolet irradiation unit 30, and it applies a delayed-ultraviolet-curable adhesive 200 to a surface of a panel 100. The panel 100 is mounted on a mounting surface S10 of the mounting table 10. The adhesive dosing unit 20 applies the adhesive 200 to the surface of the panel 100 mounted on the mounting table 10 by discharging the adhesive 200 from an adhesive dosing port H20. The ultraviolet irradiation unit 30 irradiates the adhesive 200 dosed from the adhesive dosing port H20 with ultraviolet light L. Here, the ultraviolet irradiation unit 30 irradiates the adhesive 200 with the ultraviolet light L along the mounting surface S10 before the adhesive 200 dosed from the adhesive dosing port H20 is applied to the surface of the panel 100.
