Method for producing a cartridge and cartridge
A cartridge for a dispensing device contains at least one elongate film pouch, which is inherently non-rigid and which has a chamber for receiving a composition. The cartridge also contains a head part for interacting with the film pouch. The film pouch has an opening on a side facing the head part, which is closed by a cover. The cover has a predetermined breaking region. A method can be used for producing such a cartridge.
Cosmetic containers and methods of manufacture
Methods of manufacturing and fixtures for manufacturing containers, particularly for holding cosmetic products, using thin-walled tubes. One end of a container may be formed using an integral process, such as insert molding, while the other end of the container is formed using assembly steps, such as welding, to form a completed cosmetics container from a thin-walled tube.
Plastic tank having fusion welded parts
A large tubular plastic tank, for use in holding unpressurized water or wastewater, is formed by fusion welding together half-shell parts at lengthwise flange joints to form a tubular body. Then, end caps are fusion welded onto the outermost ends of the tubular body and an assembly of two or more bodies. Fusion weld elements are secured beforehand to the joining surfaces of the tank parts at a factory; the tank parts are then economically stored or shipped in nested condition to a fabrication site remote from the manufacturing site. Electric or electromagnetic energy is used to melt in situ the fusion weld elements which are captured between the joining surfaces of the parts.
HOT WATER STORAGE DEVICE
A hot water storage device having a vessel includes a first section formed from a moulded material and a second section formed from a moulded material. An open end of the first section is sealingly engaged with an opposing open end of the second section to form the vessel. The first and second sections each have a generally cylindrical body portion and a closed end, comprising a head portion. The vessel includes a water inlet aperture moulded into the first or second section and a water outlet aperture moulded into the first or second section and wherein the inlet and outlet apertures are located on the body portion proximal to a tangent line between the body portion and the head portion.
Conductive filter element and filter device having a filter element
A filter element (20) includes individual components (2, 4, 8), such as a filter medium (8) as one component and further filter element components (2, 4), of which at least one component (4) is made of a material that is at least partially transparent to laser light and at least one further component (2), in the manner of a barrier layer, is made of a material that is at least partially opaque to laser light to perform a transmission welding method by laser light for connecting associable components to each other. At least some of the components of the filter element that are exposed to the laser light during the transmission welding method are at least partially electrically conductive.
Apparatus and method for manufacturing of containers
The invention concerns an apparatus for manufacturing of containers from blanks of a cardboard based material, said apparatus comprising: a container body forming unit configured to form a cylindrical container body from a substantially plane blank of a multilayer material comprising at least a supporting cardboard layer and a weldable layer; a welding unit configured to fasten an end closure to the container body, said welding unit comprising an inductive welding energy generator for melting of the weldable layer; and transporting means configured to transport a flow of body blanks to the container body forming unit, to transport a flow of container bodies from the container body forming unit to the welding unit, and to transport a flow of container bodies provided with end closures from the welding unit. The invention is characterized in that the transporting means comprises: a first movable gripping arrangement configured to grip at least two container bodies and move these container bodies simultaneously to the welding unit; and a transferring and positioning arrangement configured to transfer container bodies from the container body forming unit to the first movable gripping arrangement and to position the container bodies in a controlled manner to ensure that the first movable gripping arrangement can grip the at least two container bodies properly, wherein the welding unit is configured to simultaneously fasten an end closure to each of the at least two container bodies. The invention also concerns a method for operating an apparatus of the above type.

ELECTRONICALLY COMMUTATED DIRECT CURRENT MOTOR WITH INDIVIDUAL TERMINALS AND PLASTIC PARTS
An electronically commutated direct current motor with a housing, a housing cover, a bearing shield, a rotor and a stator, wherein the rotor includes a shaft and a permanent magnet and the stator consists of single terminals, which are provided with terminal insulation. The direct current motor ensures a space-saving construction connection of motor components or components with the housing of the electronic commutated direct current motor, conforming to its class, wherein additional connections or sealing elements are not required, wherein a firm and sealed connection can be manufactured upon demand and an easy integration of other functions and interfaces is possible.
PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM
A novel pressure control system is provided for maintaining a constant predetermined excess pressure in a fluid dispensing container, comprising a high-pressure plastic vessel having an inner chamber, a closed end and an open end, and a pressure control device with a valve, which pressure control device is mounted on the open end of the high-pressure vessel, whereas a passageway is provided from the inner chamber to the outside, which is controlled by the valve, wherein the high-pressure vessel is essentially spherical.
