Vulcanization Device for Pneumatic Tire and Method for Vulcanizing Pneumatic Tire
20170334158 · 2017-11-23 ·

Provided are a vulcanization device for a pneumatic tire and a method for vulcanizing a pneumatic tire. A pressurizing medium having a relatively low pressure is supplied through a pressurizing medium low-pressurization/supply line into a vulcanization bladder having a tube-like shape inserted into a green tire in a vulcanization mold to inflate the vulcanization bladder. Thereafter, a heating medium is supplied through a heating medium supply line into the vulcanization bladder (2). Then, a pressurizing medium having a relatively high pressure is supplied through a pressurizing medium supply line into the vulcanization bladder to increase internal pressure of the vulcanization bladder while the media in the vulcanization bladder are circulated through a circulation line extending outside the vulcanization bladder, thereby vulcanizing the green tire.

Rigidity Reinforcement Ring and Tire Vulcanizing Method Using Same
20170291452 · 2017-10-12 · ·

Provided is a pneumatic tire vulcanizing method which includes the steps of setting a green tire in a mold, inserting a bladder inside the green tire, and expanding the bladder to press the bladder to an outer side in the tire radial direction and perform vulcanization molding. The bladder is expanded with a rigidity reinforcement ring interposed between an inner circumferential surface of a region of the green tire corresponding to a tread portion and an outer circumferential surface of a region of the bladder corresponding to the tread portion.

RELEASE AGENT COMPOSITION FOR TIRE-MOLDING AND BLADDER FOR TIRE-MOLDING

A release agent composition for tire-molding contains: (A) 100 parts by mass of an organopolysiloxane containing at least two hydroxy groups bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule and having a viscosity at 25° C. of 10,000 mPa.Math.s or higher; (B) 10 to 100 parts by mass of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A); (C) 10 to 10,000 parts by mass of water relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A); and (D) 2 to 70 parts by mass of a polyvinyl alcohol relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A). The release agent composition for tire-molding is excellent in release. Molding and vulcanizing tires repeatedly in succession a larger number of times without applying a release agent after once applying a release agent is realized.

METHOD FOR DETECTING PUNCTURE IN TIRE CURING BLADDER
20230391034 · 2023-12-07 · ·

A method for detecting a puncture in a tire curing bladder during a curing process of heating and pressurizing an uncured tire set in a curing mold from an inside with the bladder, the curing process has the steps of heating the tire with the bladder having a first internal pressure applied by feed of a first curing medium, and pressurizing the tire with the bladder having a second internal pressure applied by feed of a second curing medium after the heating step. The second internal pressure is higher than the first internal pressure. In the pressurizing step, the bladder having the second internal pressure is depressurized at least temporarily, and a sensor detects leakage of the first curing medium to detect a puncture.
