A device for automatically removing margins of rubber sealing rings in high-precision includes a vibrating plate, an installation platform, a motor assembly and a core rod, wherein the motor assembly is arranged on the lower part of the installation platform, the core rod is arranged above the motor assembly, the core rod is a metal rod, the top of which is tapered, a clamping apparatus, an auxiliary apparatus and a margin-removing apparatus are arranged beside the core rod, a product-conveying belt and a buffer conveyor belt are arranged on the installation platform, one side of the core rod far away from the product-collecting box is further provided with an air-pumping apparatus and an air-blowing apparatus. A method for automatically removing margins of rubber sealing rings in high-precision includes: automatically positioning, removing outer margins, removing inner margins step-by-step and automatically collecting.
Compressor having floating seal assembly
A compressor includes a shell, a first scroll member, a second scroll member and a sealing assembly. The shell defines a first pressure region and a second pressure region. The first scroll member is disposed within the shell and includes a first end plate and a first scroll wrap. The second scroll member includes a second end plate and a second scroll wrap. The second scroll wrap meshingly engages the first scroll wrap to define a compression chamber therebetween. The seal assembly fluidly separates the first and second pressure regions from each other. The seal assembly includes a first plate, a second plate, a first sealing member and a second sealing member. The first sealing member is sealingly engaged with the first plate and the second plate. The second sealing member is sealingly engaged with the first sealing member and the first plate.
Ventilator conduit for reversible airway device
A ventilator conduit for a reversible airway device (RAD) is provided. The RAD can include a supra-glottic support member connected to a tubular guide (TG) having oppositely disposed proximal and distal end portions and TG lumen, which extends between the ends and is defined by an inner surface. The RAD can be physically free of an endotracheal tube. The ventilator conduit can include a hollow tube having first and second ends, and a ventilator conduit lumen extending between the ends. The first and second ends can be adapted for connection to a ventilator circuit and insertion into the TG lumen, respectively. At least the second end of the hollow tube can be sized and dimensioned so that, upon insertion into the TG, an outer surface of the second end is brought into direct contact with a portion of the inner surface to form an air-tight seal therebetween.
The seal assembly includes a first plate, a second plate, a sealing member. The sealing member is sealingly engaged with the first plate and the second plate.
AUTOMATIC RING VALVE, SHUTTERS FOR AUTOMATIC RING VALVES, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAID SHUTTERS
An automatic ring valve 10 comprising a valve seat 12 provided with a plurality of gas flow passages 14 arranged according to at least one annular row, at least a shutter 18 comprising at least one ring-shaped portion for selectively closing and opening the gas flow passages 14, wherein said ring-shaped portion of the shutter 18 comprises a fiber-reinforced matrix 40, at least one contrasting member for contrasting an opening movement of ring-shaped portion of the shutter 18, wherein said ring-shaped portion of the shutter 18 comprises a structural core 18A made by said fiber-reinforced matrix 40, and wherein at least a portion of said structural core 18A is covered by at least one primary layer 18B, designed to improve fracture and/or impact and/or wear resistance of said ring-shaped portion.
Roller Bearing Seal Case
In one aspect, a seal case is provided for a roller bearing assembly having a central axis. The seal case includes an annular first end section including a rim configured to engage an outer ring, an intermediate section including a radial wall extending inwardly from the first end section and an axial wall extending axially away from the radial wall and the first end section, and an annular second end section extending radially inward from the axial wall of the intermediate section. The seal case further includes an insert of the first end section made of a first material. The first end section and the radial wall of the intermediate section include a second material joined to the insert. The first material of the insert may be selected to provide improved durability and/or to resist expansion and contraction of the first end section caused by changes in temperature.
