Method for renovating the interior of a hollow structure
A method for renovating the interior of a hollow structure such as a sewerage pit (1) is described. The method provides an access opening (16) to the hollow structure (1); provides a plurality of material sheets (3) comprising reinforcing fibers and a curable resin composition through the access opening (16) and against a wall (11a, 11b) of the hollow structure (1); and provides an inflatable pressure means (4a, 4b) within the hollow structure (1). The pressure means (4a, 4b) are inflated against the wall (11a, 11b). A curing means (6) is then provided within the hollow structure (1) for curing the resin composition; and the resin composition is cured to harden the material sheets and provide a renovated interior of the hollow structure (1).

The present invention relates to a method for producing a crosslinked molded article, comprising melt-kneading a polymer composition containing a polymer having a terminal double bond, a hydrosilyl group-containing compound (Y) having at least two hydrosilyl groups per molecule, a platinum-based catalyst (Z) for hydrosilicon crosslinking, and a reaction inhibitor (D), subjecting the polymer composition to injection molding in a mold, performing primary crosslinking in the mold, removing the primary-crosslinked molded article from the mold, and then performing secondary crosslinking in a heat medium.

A method for manufacturing a one-piece reinforced structure and obtained structure is provided, the method using base components made of partially-cured composite material and joining the base components together, applying a coating made of composite material on the base components, and applying heat on the assembly formed by the base components covered with the coating until a complete curing of the assembly is obtained, such that a one-piece reinforced structure made of composite material is obtained formed by the coating and the base components adhered to the coating, wherein the base components that form part of the very manufactured structure act as a mould during the manufacturing process, thus preventing the need to use moulds on which the composite material is deposited that must be subsequently removed from the final obtained structure.

A label (1; 50) for a tyre (100) of vehicle wheels comprises: an external surface (2) which is intended to remain visible when said label (1; 50) is coupled to a sidewall (102) of the tyre, an internal surface (3) which is opposite the external surface (2), a plurality of recesses (10) which are formed at the external surface (2) and which are not open at said internal surface (3) and which are capable of generally defining at least one portion of information which is set out on the label. The plurality of recesses (10) are formed on a first layer (4) of the label (1; 50) which is made of an elastomer material which is compatible with the elastomer material of the sidewall (102). The first layer (4) is partially vulcanized and has a degree of vulcanization corresponding to a value between T.sub.30 and T.sub.60.
Method of preparing benzoxazine-thiol polymers films
A process for preparing benzoxazine-thiol polymer film is described comprising forming a rolling bank of a curable composition comprising a polybenzoxazine and a polythiol, wherein the rolling bank contacts first and second carrier substrates; passing the first and second substrates with the curable composition therebetween through a nip; and at least partially curing the curable composition to provide the corresponding polymeric layer. The compositions are useful in coating, sealants, adhesive and many other applications.
DELAYED CURE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
A method for manufacturing a part includes fabricating an object in an additive fabrication stage, the object including a solid mold forming a cavity in the shape of a part with uncured or incompletely cured build material disposed therein. The build material in the cavity is cured in a curing stage that occurs at least partially after the additive fabrication stage. The build material undergoes a phase change mechanism occurring during the additive fabrication stage and a distinct polymerization mechanism occurring during the curing stage and at least partly after the additive fabrication stage of the object and cures the build material by a polymerization process.

IMPRINTING APPARATUS AND IMPRINTING METHOD
An imprinting apparatus includes a first conveyer unit, a flexible imprinting mold film and a driving roller set. The first conveyer is adapted to convey a workpiece to a working region of the imprinting apparatus. The flexible imprinting mold film has imprinting segments. At least one of the imprinting segments is located in the working region. The workpiece is adapted to be imprinted in the working region through the corresponding imprinting segment. The flexible imprinting mold film is partially rolled around the driving roller set, the imprinting segment located in the working region is expanded from the driving roller set, and the driving roller set is adapted to drive the flexible imprinting mold film, such that at least another one of the imprinting segments rolled around the driving roller set is expanded from the driving roller set and moved to the working region. Besides, an imprinting method is also provided.
