The present invention relates an apparatus for sealing a secondary battery, which seals a pouch. The apparatus for sealing the secondary battery comprises: a support block configured to support a bottom surface of one-side sealing part of the pouch; a sealing member comprising a sealing roller that moves in a longitudinal direction of the one-side sealing part in a state of pressing a top surface of the one-side sealing part supported on the support block to seal the one-side sealing part supported on the support block; and a straightening member configured to flatten a surface of the one-side sealing part on which the sealing roller passes.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for pressing a secondary battery. The apparatus for pressing a secondary battery comprises a disposing member on which the secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly and a pouch is disposed, and a pressing member configured to press the secondary battery disposed on the disposing member, wherein the pressing member comprises an accommodation part pressing jig configured to press an accommodation part of the pouch, in which the electrode assembly is accommodated, in the pouch of the secondary battery disposed on the disposing member, and a sealing part pressing jig configured to press a sealing part formed along an edge surface of the accommodation part in the pouch of the secondary battery disposed on the disposing member, wherein the sealing part pressing jig is coupled to a surface of the accommodation part pressing jig corresponding to the sealing part to press the sealing part through pressing force transmitted from the accommodation part pressing jig.

A heating device capable of uniform sealing according to the disclosure comprises a heater for heating the sealing portion of the to-be-sealed object; a heat source supplier for supplying a heat source for heating to the heater; a heat transfer part accommodated in the heater, and transferring the heat source to the heater to heat the entire heater at a uniform temperature, and an additional heat transfer part disposed on the outer surface of the heat transfer part to conduct the heat source to the heater and in contact with the inner surface of the heater.

An apparatus for manufacturing a pouch-type battery case according to an embodiment may be configured to mold a pouch sheet. The apparatus for manufacturing the pouch-type battery case may include a forming device configured to mold a cup part in the pouch sheet, a first roller disposed behind the forming device in a moving direction of the pouch sheet and rotating in contact with one surface of the pouch sheet, and a second roller disposed to face the first roller with the pouch sheet therebetween and rotating in contact with the other surface opposite to the one surface of the pouch sheet. Any one of the first roller and the second roller may have an outer diameter that gradually decreases inward in a thickness direction, and the other one of the first roller and the second roller may have an outer diameter that gradually increases inward in the thickness direction.

A pouch-type secondary battery according to an embodiment of the present invention for solving the above problems includes a cup part configured to accommodate an electrode assembly formed by stacking electrodes and separators, wherein the cup part includes: a bottom portion configured to form a bottom; an outer wall configured to form a side surface and meet the bottom portion; a punch edge configured to connect the bottom portion to the outer wall; a thickness edge configured to connect two adjacent outer walls to each other; and a corner formed by connecting the two adjacent punch edges to the thickness edge, wherein at least one of the punch edges is rounded, at least one of the thickness edge is rounded, at least one of the corner is rounded and has a curvature radius different from that of each of the punch edge and the thickness edge.
