The head part includes a collar surrounding the dispensing outlet in a radially outer region of the head part, and the collar extends in the longitudinal direction and has an inner circumferential surface. A front end of the film is sealingly and non-releasably connected to the inner circumferential surface of the collar. Attachment of the film to the inner circumferential surface of the head part is at a contact surface that is different from the outer surface of the film.
