A method for producing tablets with an active substance including inputting a target number of tablets to produce and a target mass indicating the quantity of active substance per tablet, transmitting the target number and target mass to a controller configured to control a dosing device, a weighing device, extendable upper and lower punches, filling a quantity of the active substance from a container into an opening of a die. While filling, a pressure face of the lower punch closes the opening, and the amount of the active substance is measured by the weighing device on which the lower punch and the die are placed while filling. The method further including pressing the active substance, releasing a pressed tablet from the die, and repeating the repeating the process until the target number is reached.

Device and method for manufacturing multilayer molded article

A die having a cavity and a lower punch fitted into the cavity. The cavity is divided and the parts slide along a division plane passing through the cavity parallel to the fitting direction of the die and the lower punch. The divided cavity parts are placed in a state of alignment along the division plane. The divided cavity parts are each filled with raw material powder. The die and the lower punch are then slid along the division plane, whereby the divided cavity parts are combined as the original cavity. The raw material powder in the cavity in a combined state is compressed by an upper punch and the lower punch.

A tablet press for producing tablets including: a press chamber, a receiving chamber, a first material container having the first active substance with a first dosing device, a controller, and an input device. The press chamber has an extendable upper punch, an extendable lower punch, and a die. The input device inputs a target indicating a number of produced tablets and a target mass indicating a quantity of the first active substance and transmits the target number and the target mass to the controller. The controller actuates the first dosing device, the upper punch, and the lower punch such that a quantity of the first active substance that corresponds to the target mass is filled into a central opening of the die and pressed by the punches to form a tablet, and to repeat until the target number of tablets are produced.

Apparatus for producing a blank, also a method for this purpose and a blank

The present invention relates to an apparatus, preferably a press, comprising a cavity which is to be filled and at least a first material feed, for a first material, and a second material feed, for a second material, wherein the first and the second material feeds are arranged separately from one another, having a feeding apparatus for feeding the first and the second materials into the cavity which is to be filled, wherein the feeding apparatus has a mouth-opening cross section with at least a first region of the mouth-opening cross section for the first material, and with a second, separate region of the mouth-opening cross section for the second material, for filling the cavity preferably in parallel, and at separate locations. A method and also a blank are proposed in addition.

Laminated core manufacturing apparatus and laminated core manufacturing method

A Laminated core manufacturing device includes: an overlapping unit configured to overlap the plurality of laminated core materials conveyed along different conveyance routes; an edge aligning unit configured to align edge positions in a width direction of the plurality of laminated core materials between the plurality of laminated core materials; an uplift prevention unit configured to prevent uplift of the plurality of laminated core materials; an edge position correction unit configured to correct the edge positions in the width direction of the plurality of laminated core materials; and a punching unit configured to punch out the plurality of laminated core materials which are overlapped by the overlapping unit and have been subjected to an edge position alignment process performed by the edge aligning unit, an uplift prevention process performed by the uplift prevention unit, and an edge position correction process performed by the edge position correction unit.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COAXIALLY EXTRUDING AN EXTRUDED PRODUCT

The invention relates to a method for coaxially extruding an extruded product. Hereby, an extruding device comprises the following: a receiver (7); a first receiver bore (5) which is formed in the receiver (7) and in which a first punch (10) is arranged; a second receiver bore (6) which is formed in the receiver (7) inside the first receiver bore (5) and coaxially therewith and in which a second punch (11) is arranged; and a mold (15) having a mold cavity (14) which is connected to the first and the second receiver bore (5, 6). In the method, the following is provided: arranging a first material billet (8) of a first material (2) in the first receiver bore (5); arranging a second material billet (9) of a second material (3) in the second receiver bore (6); and extruding an extruded product (1) in which the first and the second material (2, 3) are connected in a form-fitting and integrally bonded manner. The extrusion comprises: advancing the first punch (10) in the first receiver bore (5) in such a manner that the first material (2) is pressed into the mold cavity (14) of the mold (15) and thereby shaped; advancing the second punch (11) in the second receiver bore (6) in such a manner that the second material (3) is pressed into the mold cavity (14) of the mold (15) and thereby shaped, the second punch (11) being displaced coaxially with the first punch (10); and connecting the first and the second material in an integrally bonded and form-fitting manner to form an extruded product (1) in the mold (15) in such a manner that the first material (2) surrounds the second material (3) in the extruded product (1). The invention also relates to a device for coaxially extruding an extruded product.
