SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR CONVERTING WASTE PLASTIC INTO FUEL
An apparatus is provided for processing reusable fuel comprising: a continuous material supply assembly; a heated airlock feeder configured to continuously receive and process the material supply received therein; a reactor configured to receive the processed material from the heated airlock feeder; and a vapor refining system configured to process vapor supplied by the reactor. The apparatus may comprise a char disposal system configured to eliminate char from the reactor. The apparatus may also comprise a thermal expansion system configured to allow thermal expansion of the reactor. A cooling system may be configured to receive processed fuel from the reactor.
FOOD WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS
Proposed is a food-waste disposal apparatus, in particular, including a transfer housing; a transfer screw rotatably mounted to an inside of the transfer housing, and transferring food waste, which is introduced into the transfer housing, in a frontward direction of the transfer housing while compressing the food waste; and a gap forming portion provided in a rear end portion of the transfer screw, and forming a wastewater discharging gap between a front surface thereof and a rear cross-section of the transfer housing to discharge wastewater coming out of the food waste. Thus, the gap forming portion is provided outside the transfer housing (i.e., outside the rear end portion) and adjustable forward and backward, thereby not only making it easy to adjust a wastewater discharging gap but also discharging the waste water smoothly as a wastewater outlet is oriented downward.
Wash press having improved rotor structure and housing for removing the same
Provided is a wash press that separates liquids and solids from a waste stream. The wash press includes a tank having a semi-cylindrical shape. The tank has an inlet at a top of the tank for receiving a waste stream, a screen disposed in a portion of a bottom of the tank to permit liquid to pass therethrough, and an outlet for permitting solid materials separated from the liquid to pass therethrough. A rotor extends through the tank for transporting and dewatering the waste material entering the tank. The rotor includes a plurality of helical flights interconnected by paddle members to permit agitating the waste material. The wash press also includes a removable cover that enables the rotor to be lifted vertically, and a removably attached screen to facilitate replacement/repair of the same.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SCREEN BODY, AND SCREEN
A method for producing a screen body for a screen used in a screw press, which screen body comprises one or more openings on a screen surface. In order to achieve a particularly long service life, it is provided that the screen body is formed by a sintering process and/or an additive manufacturing process, in particular a 31) printing process. Further embodiments include a screen, in particular for a screw press, having a screen body Which has openings on a screen surface.
DEWATERING MACHINE CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING MOISTURE CONTENT
A dewatering machine includes a screen, a screw and at least one moisture content control wing. The screen has a hollow inside, has an inlet portion through which livestock manure is inputted at a first side and an outlet portion through which dehydrated livestock manure is outputted at a second side, and has a plurality of moisture exhaust holes penetrating from an inside of the screen to an outside of the screen. The screw includes a rotation axis and a main wing formed into a spiral shape along a longitudinal direction of the rotation axis. At least one moisture content control wing is disposed between the main wings adjacent to the outlet portion, and is formed into a spiral shape along the longitudinal direction of the rotation axis.
SEPARATION DEVICE
Appropriately perform solid-liquid separation. A separation device (1) includes a casing (10), a screw shaft (12), a first screw blade (14), and a second screw blade (16). At least one of the first screw blade (14) and the second screw blade (16) has an opening that penetrates from one surface to another surface, designed based on the outflow of separated liquid (C) and solids from the screw blade.
SEPARATION DEVICE
Capable of increasing both solid-liquid separation efficiency and cleanability. A separation device includes a casing including an object discharging port on a first direction E1 side than an object feeding port, and a separated liquid discharging port on a second direction E2 side than the object feeding port; a screw shaft; a first screw blade having a second surface that faces space Sla into which a pre-object is fed from the object feeding port in the casing; and a second screw blade having a first surface that faces the space Sla into which the pre-object is fed from the object feeding port in the casing. An end part of the first screw blade on the first direction E1 side is placed on the first direction E1 side than an end part of the second screw blade on the first direction E1 side.
APPARATUS FOR PRESSING AND DEHYDRATING OF WASTE
Apparatus for pressing and drying a pre-defined amount of waste includes a metal main frame positioned to provide rigid support, and a body mechanically linked to the main frame through a plurality of linkage plates. The apparatus also includes an inlet vertically mounted on the body and a twin screw assembly to press and dehydrate the pre-defined amount of waste. A plurality of mesh screens is rigidly linked to the main frame along the longitudinal axis of the apparatus to remove compressed liquid. The body is also designed to support rotation of the twin screw assembly, and the inlet includes an ingress cross-sectional opening to receive the pre-defined amount of waste.
SYSTEMS FOR PROCESSING WASTE TO FORM USEABLE PRODUCTS AND METHODS THEREOF
The present invention discloses low cost, on-site, efficient, and compact (stationary or mobile) system for continuous (non-batch operation) conversion of waste to usable products such as sources of energy, fertilizer, etc.
PLUG SCREW FEEDER, FEEDER ARRANGEMENT AND SYSTEM FOR TREATMENT OF LIGNOCELLULOSIC BIOMASS MATERIAL
A plug screw feeder (1) comprises a plug screw (10) with a thread (12) and a plug screw housing (20) surrounding the plug screw. The plug screw housing comprises an inlet opening (24) in a side of the plug screw and in a vicinity of a first axial end (18) of the plug screw. The plug screw is arranged for feeding lignocellulosic biomass material (99) from the inlet opening to a second axial end (19) of the plug screw when being rotated. The thread, in at least a part of an inlet section (15) of the plug screw, presents a jagged peripheral rim (14A) with an inwards directed leading edge. The inlet section is defined as the section of the plug screw passing the inlet opening during rotation.
