CRUSHING DEVICE AND WASTE TREATMENT DEVICE
Devices facilitating recovery of polymers are disclosed. A crushing device (25) includes a housing (13) into which a paper diaper (D) containing polymers (P) in a water-absorbed state is thrown, and a crushing member (28) that is accommodated in the housing (13) and crushes the paper diaper (D). A moving speed of the crushing member (28) is 0.1 m/s or less.
JUICER HAVING JUICE EXTRACTING SCREW ASSEMBLY
A juicer having a juice extracting screw assembly, in which a housing with a juice extracting screw installed in the housing has a simplified interior structure, thereby reducing the production cost of the juicer and easily dispensing juice and residue separately using respective passages.
Screw type separation device and wastewater treatment system
A screw type separation device includes: a casing that has a separated liquid discharge port on one end part side and has an object discharge port on the other end part side, while the other end part side is positioned lower, in terms of vertical directions, than the one end part side; a screw shaft provided inside the casing; a first screw blade; and a second screw blade that forms a first space between one face and the first screw blade facing the one face and forms a second space between the other face and the first screw blade facing the other face.
SEPARATION DEVICE
Appropriately perform solid-liquid separation. A separation device (1) includes a casing (10), a screw shaft (12), a first screw blade (14), and a second screw blade (16). At least one of the first screw blade (14) and the second screw blade (16) has an opening that penetrates from one surface to another surface, designed based on the outflow of separated liquid (C) and solids from the screw blade.
SEPARATION DEVICE
Capable of increasing both solid-liquid separation efficiency and cleanability. A separation device includes a casing including an object discharging port on a first direction E1 side than an object feeding port, and a separated liquid discharging port on a second direction E2 side than the object feeding port; a screw shaft; a first screw blade having a second surface that faces space Sla into which a pre-object is fed from the object feeding port in the casing; and a second screw blade having a first surface that faces the space Sla into which the pre-object is fed from the object feeding port in the casing. An end part of the first screw blade on the first direction E1 side is placed on the first direction E1 side than an end part of the second screw blade on the first direction E1 side.
Juicer having juice extracting screw assembly
The present disclosure relates to a juicer having a housing and a juice extracting screw assembly. In one implementation, the juice extracting screw assembly may include a juice extracting screw and a strainer.
SCREW-TYPE SEPARATION DEVICE, CASING, WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM, AND CLEANING METHOD OF SCREW-TYPE SEPARATION DEVICE
A screw-type separation device 1 includes a casing 10 including an object discharging port and discharging an object A having been dehydrated, and a separated liquid discharging port; a screw shaft provided inside the casing and extending in an extending direction that is a direction from the one end part to the other end part; a first screw blade extending spirally on an outer peripheral surface of the screw shaft; and a second screw blade extending spirally on the outer peripheral surface of the screw shaft such that a predetermined gap is formed with respect to the first screw blade in the extending direction. A groove is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the casing.
FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PORTIONS THEREOF
Appliances useful in extracting a liquid from plant material in the preparation beverages and other food products in the home. An appliance may be embodied in the form of a food processing apparatus having a lid with an entry space formed therein, a rotatable element, and one or more food material contacting surfaces surrounding the rotatable element and disposed below the entry space of the lid. The rotatable element and the one or more food material contacting surfaces are each configured and mutually spatially arranged such that in use a food material disposed about the rotatable element is forced against the one or more food material contacting surfaces. Accordingly, the food material is deformed or divided and is caused or allowed to clear the one or more food material contacting surfaces.
Device for continuously pressing liquid out of a suspension
A device is described for continuously pressing liquid out of a suspension, in particular a screw press, which may have a rotationally-driven rotor, which may rotate in a tubular screw housing and support a conveyor screw. The screw housing may be at least partially formed as a first filter jacket, which may at least partially interact with the conveyor screw and which may have radial passages for discharging the filtered liquid and which may supply a filter cake, made of retained solids, in the conveyance direction of the conveyor screw to a discharge. To provide advantageous filter conditions, a ring-shaped first sleeve, which coaxially encloses the rotor, for peeling off an outer filter cake layer from the filter cake may be associated with the rotor, downstream from the conveyor screw. A conveyance channel for the remaining inner filter cake layer may be provided between sleeve and rotor.
Vertical separator for the treatment of slurry
A vertical separator for the treatment of slurry includes a screen device with a vertical axis provided with a screen, a feeding device provided with a pump to feed the slurry to a screen device, a discharge device for the liquid part of the slurry, and a discharge device for the solid particles of the slurry. The screen device houses a counter-pressing device which is designed to generate a force which partially counters the pushing action exerted by the pump upon the slurry.
