DYNAMIC SEPARATION AND FILTRATION
A modular, compact, mobile, dewatering and liquid-liquid separation and filtration system. The system processes incoming influents of slurries, solids and liquids at a high speed of operation and in large volumes. System is capable of being modularly scaled, allowing for a continuous steady state operation accommodating any slurry flow rate in a synchronous dynamic equilibrium process. Components and modules integrated into the system include a dynamic filtration clarifier 101 (DFC), a nested-filter dewatering cell 115 (NDC) and/or a compression filter press 125 (CFP). The DFC performs the primary dewatering phase of separating the primary water from the solids creating sludge. The NDC further breaks apart the solids of the sludge, removing interstitial water in a secondary dewatering phase, further lowering the moisture content of the sludge, while the CFP removes the tertiary water from the remaining solid particles by pressing the particles into a solid cake.
Device for a biological liquid treatment installation
The invention concerns a device comprising a base (2) and a door (20), said device having a closed door position in which a circuit (8) of the device comprises a bag comprising two flexible films and connectors of the conveying network, and a press (9) comprising a first she (16) disposed on a front face (5) of said base (2) and a second shed (17) disposed in said door (20); and a hinge system hinging said door (20) relative to said base (2), and disposed only on one side of said door (20) so as to form lateral clearances between said door (20) and said base (2) over the rest of a perimeter of said door (20).
Device for a biological liquid treatment installation
The invention concerns a device comprising: a base (2); a moveable or removable door (20), said device having a closed door position; and in the closed door position, a circuit (8) comprising a bag comprising two flexible films and conveying network connectors, and a press (9) comprising a first shell (16) disposed on said front face (5) of said base (2) and a second shell (17) disposed in said door (20); said bag being clamped between said first shell (16) and said second shell (17) in a state in which conduits of said network for conveying liquid are formed between said films.

ARRANGEMENT FOR PRESSING LIQUID-CONTAINING RAW MATERIALS, HAVING A FLEXIBLE PRESS CONTAINER
An arrangement for pressing liquid-containing raw materials includes a press container which is rotatable about an axis of rotation and the interior of which is subdivided by a pressing membrane into a pressure-medium space and a pressing medium chamber. A filling and emptying opening, which can be closed in a pressure-tight manner and via which liquid-containing material to be pressed can be introduced into the pressing medium chamber, is arranged in the press container. At least one drainage element is located in the pressing medium chamber. The interior of the drainage element communicates with a juice outlet of the press container, via which liquid juice can be supplied to a juice collecting vessel during a pressing process. The press container is formed of a pressure-resistant flexible plastics material and is received in an inherently rigid support framework that is rotatable about the axis of rotation.
