PAPER BOX PACKAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A paper box package forming apparatus includes a continuous feeding device, a box folding mechanism and a cover sealing mechanism. The continuous feeding device includes a paperboard stacking frame, an adsorption mechanism and a roll extrusion conveying mechanism. A paperboard is absorbed from a back side of the paperboard stacking frame through the adsorption mechanism and conveyed to a box folding device through the roll extrusion conveying mechanism. The box folding device includes a downward-pressing inner punch, a box folding outer mold and a pushing mechanism. The pushing mechanism conveys a bottom box to the cover sealing mechanism. The downward-pressing and attaching mechanism includes downward-pressing driving mechanism, a top-pressing plate, side-pressing plates and overturning cylinders. The side-pressing plates are hinged to side edges of the top-pressing plate through the driving of the overturning cylinders.
PRODUCTION LINE FOR MAKING A COVERED BOX
A production line (1) for making a covered box (8) comprises: a forming machine (2), configured to receive a cardboard box blank (6) and to fold it to form the box and including a plurality of folders (21) and a movement system configured to receive the box blank (6) oriented horizontally, and comprising a plurality of columns (23), extending along the vertical direction (V) and configured to abut against the base (6a) of the box blank (6) and to move it along a vertical direction (V); a gluing unit (3), configured to receive a covering blank (7) and to spread glue on the covering blank (7); a positioning device (4), configured to position the box on the covering blank (7); a covering machine (5), configured receive the box coupled to the respective covering blank (7) from the positioning device (4) and to fold the covering blank (7) into contact with the box in such a way as to cover the box.
BOX FORMING APPARATUS AND BOX FORMING AND PACKING SYSTEM
A box forming apparatus includes first holders configured to hold a first side surface of a cardboard sheet, second holders configured to hold a second side surface of the cardboard sheet, an arm, a first mover, and a second mover. The arm has a support that supports the first and the second holders. The first mover changes a position of the first holders relative to the second holders while the arm is being rotated to open the cardboard sheet. The second mover moves the arm in association with opening of the cardboard sheet so that, when the cardboard sheet has been opened, the second mover will have moved the support a predetermined distance in a second direction opposite a first direction, which is a direction heading from a rotational center of the arm to a distal end of the arm.
Packaging machine and systems
A converting assembly performs a plurality of conversion functions on sheet material to convert the sheet material into packaging templates. The converting assembly includes a plurality of tool rollers. Each of the tool rollers has one or more conversion tools thereon. The one or more conversion tools on an individual tool roller are configured to perform a subset of the plurality of conversion functions that convert the sheet material into packaging templates.
Shaping of containers by folding cardboard sheets
A device for shaping containers by folding cardboard sheets, comprising a folding station for folding cardboard sheets, provided with a die; a handling station for handling said sheets from a store to said folding station, with a frame and at least one gripping head that can be moved on the frame and comprises means for grasping and holding said sheet, and also a punch with a complementary shape so as to interact with the inside of said die. The punch comprises a bearing surface for bearing against the bottom of said grasped sheet. The grasping means is mounted so as to be able to move relative to said punch and free to move in at least one plane parallel to said bearing surface. The invention also relates to a corresponding shaping method.
Sheet stacking device, sheet stacking method, sheet stacking program, counter ejector, and box making machine
A sheet stacking device is provided with a hopper unit configured to stack a sheet, a feeding unit configured to feed out the sheet to the hopper unit, a distance detection unit configured to detect an inter-sheet distance, in the vertical direction, between a rear end portion of the sheet that is preceding and a tip end portion of the sheet that is subsequent, and an output unit configured to output a behavior stabilization command for the sheet based on the inter-sheet distance.
POWERED CARTON MAGAZINE
A powered carton magazine assembly includes a lateral conveyor configured for conveying a plurality of upright folded/flat cartons in a feed direction, the lateral conveyor having a load end and an outfeed end. A picking station is located at the outfeed end of the lateral conveyor, the picking station including a downwardly angled feed path and a pick location at a lower portion of the feed path. A gating mechanism is provided at the outfeed end of the lateral conveyor for selectively controlling delivery of cartons from the lateral conveyor into the feed path. The gating mechanism may include a roller.
Knocked-down case inspection and erection method
Techniques for corrugate and chipboard knocked-down case inspection and assembly are described herein. In one example, the disclosed techniques include a method to inspect and assemble a knocked-down case. In the example, a measurement of at least one aspect of the knocked-down case is obtained. A difference is determined between the obtained measurement and a standard measurement and/or a range of standard measurements. Programming of a case-handling tool is executed that is based at least in part on the determined difference. In an example, the programming is configured to adjust for and/or compensate for differences between the actual knocked-down case and a knocked-down case that is within a specification. A case-handling tool is operated responsive to the executed programming to at least partially erect the knocked-down case into an erected case.
Method and system for forming packages
A method of forming reinforced packages. The method can comprise moving a blank in a machine direction on a blank conveyor, and forming a tubular web while moving a first web of material and a second web of material in the machine direction. The forming the tubular web can comprise at least partially sealing at least a portion of the first web and the second web together to form a sealed margin of the tubular web. The method further can comprise forming a liner by cutting the tubular web, forming an attached blank by attaching the liner to the blank, and moving the attached blank in the machine direction on the blank conveyor.
Apparatus for realising a cardboard strip for packaging by consecutively joining a plurality of cardboard sheets for packaging to one another
Apparatus for making a cardboard strip for packaging includes a store for a stack of cardboard sheets, a gripping mechanism for picking up a sheet from the stack and positioning another sheet on a first support for the application of adhesive, and a transfer mechanism for transferring the first sheet to rest on the second support with an end portion having the adhesive projecting towards the store and towards a third support. The third support is disposable in a raised position to raise an end portion of a second sheet coming from the store and in a lowered position to lower the end portion of the second sheet and position it at the end portion of the first sheet. A pressor presses the two superposed end portions of the two sheets to fix the end portions to one another to form a cardboard strip.
