Sound absorption/insulation honeycomb panel
For forming a sound absorption/insulation honeycomb panel by stacking an air-permeable material, a honeycomb material filled with a sound absorption material and a reflector, and adhesively joining these materials, it is hard to join the honeycomb material and the air-permeable material adhesively due to a thin wall surface of the honeycomb material and a resultant line to surface adhesive joint therebetween, causing a problem of low adhesive strength. By using a water absorption honeycomb material, an adhesive joint is formed with an adhesive joint area increased by dipping an end of a wall surface of a cell forming the water absorption honeycomb material into a water-soluble adhesive, making the end flexible over a fixed period of time, and then pressing the end strongly against an air-permeable material as a counterpart of the adhesive joint to deform a tip into an inverted T-shape.

According to the present disclosure there is provided a method of forming a first structure (150), comprising the steps of: providing one or more slots (124) in a material, thereby to define a plurality of strips (122) of the material, the slots (124) defining a series of connecting elements (128) connecting adjacent strips (122) of the material, the connecting elements (128) being spaced apart along a first direction (130), forming the material to provide: an array of oppositely oriented channels (152), each channel (152) extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the array itself extending in the first direction, each channel comprising a base, and sides extending from the base; and a first, non-continuous, outer plane; and a second, non-continuous, outer plane, such that the first structure is foldable along each of the series of connecting elements about the first direction to bring the first outer plane of a first strip toward, and optionally into contact with, the first outer plane of a second, adjacent strip.

The invention relates to a pallet (1), comprising a basic body (10) with a first panel (11), a second panel (12) and a layer (13) having a plurality of tube segments (14) which is arranged between the panels (11, 12), wherein the layer (13) has at least one cutout (131) which is continuous in the direction of a pallet height (HP), and wherein the first panel (11) has at least one first opening (111) which at least partially overlaps with the at least one cutout (131). The invention further relates to a foot (16) and a runner (17) for a pallet (1), to a sandwich block (2) for producing a layer (13) of a pallet (1), and to a method for producing a pallet (1).
CREPING BLADE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A creping blade and a preparation method thereof are provided. The creping blade comprises a base, wherein a wear-resistant coating is provided on the top of the base, and a protective layer is arranged below the wear-resistant coating at the contact point between the creping blade and a dryer, and the hardness of the protective layer is lower than that of the surface of the dryer of a paper machine. The creping blade of the invention is advantageous in that the friction portion of working surface has an unlimited area and has a high wear-resistant coating, and the paper impact portion has high wear resistance and high impact resistance, so that the creping blade has a long service life, which can be several times or even tens of times that of the common steel creping blade.
METHOD OF MAKING AN ISOTHERMAL WRAPPING AND RELATED ISOTHERMAL WRAPPING
Described is a method for making a wrapping including the steps of providing a first paper layer; at least partly overlapping a second isothermal paper layer over said first layer; applying on said second layer a first and a second traction force acting in opposite verses of a same direction; heat-sealing said second and first layers defining said wrapping.
Creping blade and method for manufacturing same
A creping blade and a preparation method thereof are provided. The creping blade comprises a base, wherein a wear-resistant coating is provided on the top of the base, and a protective layer is arranged below the wear-resistant coating at the contact point between the creping blade and a dryer, and the hardness of the protective layer is lower than that of the surface of the dryer of a paper machine. The invention relates to a pallet (1), comprising a basic body (10) with a first panel (11), a second panel (12) and a layer (13) having a plurality of tube segments (14) which is arranged between the panels (11, 12), wherein the layer (13) has at least one cutout (131) which is continuous in the direction of a pallet height (HP), and wherein the first panel (11) has at least one first opening (111) which at least partially overlaps with the at least one cutout (131). CELLULAR STRUCTURE
A cellular structure includes a plurality of walls extending in a longitudinal direction and forming a plurality of cells adjacently arranged along a laterally extending plane. Each cell has a cross-section along the plane that includes eighteen sides formed by the plurality of walls. The eighteen sides of each cell are joined to each other to form a closed loop and eight outward extending protrusions.
