Functionalized Textile Compositions and Artilces
Functionalized textile materials are provided. At least a portion of a textile surface in includes a ceramic material, such as a binderless porous structured ceramic, and optionally, one or more functional layer is applied, resulting in a textile material with one or more desirable functional properties, such as hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, flame retardancy, photocatalysis, anti-fouling, and/or deodorant properties.
A KIND OF MULTI-LAYER ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AN AUTOMOTIVE SEAT AND AN AUTOMOBILE
An artificial leather includes a resin layer as the surface and a base fabric connected to the resin layer as the substrate. The base fabric comprises at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates. Each monolayer structure is woven with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in one or more other layers to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other in the weaving process, forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The artificial leather incorporates a number of air vent holes distributed in the resin layer and the base fabric in the direction of thickness while retaining mechanical properties of tensile strength and tear resistance.
Fiber-reinforced foam particle molded article and production method therefor
The present invention can provide a fiber-reinforced expanded particle molded article having a reinforcing material fused and integrated with the surface of an expanded molded article, wherein the reinforcing material is a fabric or a braided product produced by weaving a linear composite material produced by melting and integrating a thermoplastic fiber comprising a low-melting component fiber and a high-melting component fiber, as two or more threads selected from the group consisting of a warp, a weft and a slant thread, the fiber-reinforced expanded particle molded article exhibiting an excellent reinforcing effect; and a method for economically producing the molded article by in-mold molding with a small number of steps.
Ceramic Surface Modification Materials
Porous, binderless ceramic surface modification materials are described, and applications of use thereof. The ceramic surface material is in the form of an interconnected network of porous ceramic material on a substrate. The ceramic material may include a metal oxide, a metal hydroxide, and/or hydrates thereof, or a metal carbonate or metal phosphate, on a substrate surface. The substrate may be in the form of a metal or polymer particulate, powder, extrudate, or flakes.
TOOTHED POWER TRANSMISSION BELT FOR USE IN OIL
A toothed power transmission belt suitable for use in contact with oil, having an elastomeric belt body, a helical wound tensile member embedded therein, and teeth on a pulley-contact surface with a jacket covering the teeth, wherein the jacket is a woven fabric with a smooth, continuous, outer rubber layer formed from a nitrile-containing elastomer compounded with at least one coagent, an RFS adhesion promoter, and with no fluoropolymer, and the fabric has para-aramid fibers in the weft, meta-aramid fibers in the warp, and no nylon fibers.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING DYNAMICALLY WARM-KEEPING GARMENT WITH ONE-WAY MOISTURE TRANSFERRING FUNCTION
The invention provides a process for manufacturing a dynamically warm-keeping garment with a one-way moisture transferring function. The warm-keeping garment is made of a one-way moisture transferring fabric that includes a surface layer, a warm-keeping layer and a lining layer or includes the surface layer, a first warm-keeping layer, an intermediate interlayer, a second warm-keeping layer and the lining layer. The above technical solution addresses the following problems of traditional warm-keeping cotton clothes and down jackets: temperature loss caused by unsmooth sweat discharge; complex and difficult processing due to underarm zippers for venlilation; static damage and possible explosion of washing machines by air pressure due to air tightness during washing.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING PREPREG, AND PREPREG
Disclosed is a method for producing a prepreg, the prepreg having: a reinforcing fiber layer including reinforcing fibers and a resin composition containing component (A), component (B), and component (C), the reinforcing fibers being impregnated with the resin composition in between the fibers; and a surface fiber layer provided on the surface of the reinforcing fiber layer and including a fabric including polyamide fibers and a resin composition containing component (A), component (B), and component (C), the polyamide fibers being impregnated with the resin composition in between the fibers. The method for producing a prepreg includes a disposition step of disposing the fabric on the surface of a reinforcing fiber base material and an impregnation step of supplying a resin composition to the reinforcing fiber base material and impregnating the reinforcing fibers with the resin composition in between the fibers.
CARPET AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME WITHOUT LATEX PRECOAT
A carpet and a method of making a carpet are described. The carpet and the method of making the carpet does not involve the use of a latex precoat. This is useful for recycling purposes.
MOISTURE-CURABLE HOT-MELT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, BONDED OBJECT, AND GARMENT
A moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive composition is disclosed. This moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive composition contains: a urethane prepolymer including a polymer chain, which includes a structural unit derived from a polyol and a structural unit derived from a polyisocyanate, and having two or more isocyanate groups; and a modified urethane prepolymer including a polymer chain, which includes a structural unit derived from a polyol and a structural unit derived from a polyisocyanate, and having one or more isocyanate groups modified with a castor oil monool.
ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SUPPRESSION SHEET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
An electromagnetic wave suppression sheet includes an electromagnetic wave transmitting layer having conductivity and transparency; a suppression layer having transparency; a conductive mesh having openings formed by woven lines; and an adhesive layer having transparency in this order from an outer side toward an inner side. The openings of the conductive mesh have a region in which the suppression layer and the adhesive layer are in contact with each other. A method of manufacturing an electromagnetic wave suppression sheet includes steps of preparing a laminate including the suppression layer, and the conductive mesh disposed to be in contact with the suppression layer; and applying a pressure to the conductive mesh in a direction of the suppression layer.
