FIBRE BASED PANELS WITH A WEAR RESISTANCE SURFACE
Building panels with a homogenous decorative surface having a wear layer comprising fibres, binders and wear resistant particles. A building panel including a surface layer and a core, the core including wood fibres, and the surface layer including a substantially homogenous mix of wood fibres, a binder and wear resistant particles, the substantially homogenous mix of wood fibres including natural resins.
LAMINATE PRODUCTION METHOD
To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate body, including: a step of forming onto a supporting body a curable resin composition layer formed from a thermosetting resin composition to obtain a curable resin composition layer with a supporting body; a step of laminating the curable resin composition onto a substrate on a curable resin composition layer forming surface side to obtain a pre-cured composite with a supporting body formed from a substrate and a curable resin composition layer with a supporting body; a step of performing a first heating of the pre-cured composite and thermally curing the curable resin composition layer to obtain a cured composite with a supporting body formed from a substrate and a cured resin layer with a supporting body; a step of performing hole punching from the supporting body side of the cured composite with a supporting body to form a via hole in the cured resin layer; step of removing resin residue in the via hole of the cured composite with a supporting body; a step of peeling the supporting body from the cured composite with a supporting body to obtain a cured composite formed from a substrate and a cured resin layer, and a step of forming a dry plated conductor layer by dry plating on an inner wall surface of the via hole of the cured composite and on the cured resin layer.
Panel coating
A method for coating of a floor panel and a floor panel produced by the method. A method for producing a laminated product, for example a building panel, preferably a floor panel. The method includes applying a paper on one side of a wood fiber based core, e.g., an HDF panel, creating a décor on the paper by a digital printing process, applying a resin, preferably a melamine formaldehyde resin, on the paper, heating the décor and the paper with the resin, preferably by using an IR lamp; and applying heat and pressure in order to cure the resin and thereby obtain a laminated product. Also, alternative methods for producing a laminated product, and such a laminated product.
Method of manufacturing a timber composite, the timber composite obtained and decorative panels comprising such timber composite
A decorative panel including a substrate material and a decorative top layer, wherein the decorative top layer includes at least one timber layer with a wood structure, wherein the timber layer is a compressed timber layer with naturally occurring vessels throughout a thickness of the wood structure, the vessels being collapsed.
Methods of disassembling apparel products having shape memory adhesives
Embodiments provide methods of disassembling an apparel product. The methods include exposing an adhesive of the apparel product to heat or electromagnetic energy. The adhesive is disposed at least partially disposed between a major component and a minor component of the apparel product. The adhesive includes a shape memory material. The major component forms a base portion of the apparel product and is configured to be supported and worn at least partially over a portion of a wearer. The minor component forms a secondary portion configured to be coupled to the major component with the adhesive. The methods include separating the major component from the minor component adjoined by the adhesive.
Method for producing lamination stacks and application device for an adhesive for performing the method
In a method for producing a lamination stack for rotors and/or stators of electric motors or generators, laminations are punched from electrical steel, a light-activated adhesive is applied to at least one side of the laminations, respectively, and the adhesive is irradiated and activated with a light of a required wavelength immediately before the adhesive exits from an application unit. The laminations are then stacked to a lamination stack. An adhesive application device for carrying out the method has at least one application unit with at least one valve for discharging an adhesive. At least one radiation source is arranged in a region of the valve and emits a radiation and directs the radiation to the adhesive provided in the region of the at least one valve.
COPPER/CERAMIC ASSEMBLY, INSULATED CIRCUIT BOARD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING COPPER/CERAMIC ASSEMBLY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING INSULATED CIRCUIT BOARD
A copper/ceramic bonded body includes: a copper member (12) made of copper or a copper alloy; and a ceramic member (11) made of nitrogen-containing ceramics, the copper member (12) and the ceramic member (11) being bonded to each other, in which a Mg solid solution layer in which Mg is solid-soluted in a Cu matrix is formed at a bonding interface between the copper member (12) and the ceramic member (11), an active metal nitride layer (41) containing a nitride of one or more active metals selected from Ti, Zr, Nb, and Hf is formed on a ceramic member (11) side, and a thickness of the active metal nitride layer (41) is set to be in a range of 0.05 μm or more and 1.2 μm or less.
SEMI-RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM FORMULATION AND METHOD FOR MAKING FOAMED PARTS
Composites having a polymer or natural leather skin layer and a polyurethane foam layer are made in a molding process. The polyurethane foam layer is made from a foam formulation that includes certain polyester polyols. The presence of the polyester polyol improves flow characteristics of the foam formulation. The foam so produced has unexpectedly low quantities of VOCs.
Method for Producing Lamination Stacks and Application Device for an Adhesive for Performing the Method
An adhesive application device is provided for carrying out a method for producing a lamination stack for rotors and stators of electric motors or generators, wherein a light-activated adhesive is applied to one side of electric steel prior to punching out laminations or to at least one side of already punched-out laminations, wherein the adhesive is irradiated and activated with a light of required wavelength immediately before the adhesive exits from an application unit, and wherein laminations are then punched out from the electric steel and stacked or the already punched-out laminations are stacked to a lamination stack. The adhesive application device has at least one application unit with at least one valve for discharging an adhesive. At least one radiation source is arranged in a region of the valve and emits radiation and directs the radiation to the adhesive provided in the region of the at least one valve.
