A method to produce a panel unit, including providing a core having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, applying a surface layer to the first surface of the core, the surface layer including a wood veneer layer and a first binder layer for adhering the wood veneer layer to the first surface of the core, applying a balancing layer to a second surface of the core, the balancing layer including an unimpregnated paper and a second binder layer for adhering the unimpregnated paper to the second surface of the core, applying pressure to the surface layer, the balancing layer, and the core to form a panel unit. The film attaching apparatus includes a display, wherein the film attaching apparatus may include a main body including a base plate, a jig disposed on a base plate and configured to seat the electronic device thereon, a film suction-fixing part inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the jig, and a roller module disposed on the base plate and including a roller slidable above the jig, wherein the film suction-fixing part may include two or more divided suction areas which are sequentially arranged to correspond to a moving direction of the roller module and configured to have different suction forces.

Laminated glass for vehicle includes a region with a breaking stress measured by a method described in ISO 1288-5 (2016) of 100 MPa or more and 600 MPa or less. A percentage of the region is greater than or equal to 90% of a see-through region.
Laminating apparatus and laminating method using same
A laminating apparatus that prevents partial protrusion of a film during pressing and ensures the uniformity of the thickness of a resulting laminate is provided. The laminating apparatus includes a pressing device for pressing a substrate and a film (a workpiece). The pressing device includes a press block movable back and forth, a pressing plate mountable to the press block, a plurality of heat sources (cartridge heaters) capable of heating the pressing plate, and a control system set up to perform heating control on the heat sources. The heat sources are arranged so as to be able to separately heat a central portion of the pressing plate and a peripheral portion thereof annularly surrounding the central portion.
METHOD OF PREPARING A FUNCTIONAL LAMINATE
The present disclosure relates to a method of preparing a laminate or a laminated lens, comprising obtaining a first plastic substrate having a front surface and a back surface, treating the front surface of the first plastic substrate or the back surface of the first plastic substrate, and laminating a second plastic substrate on the treated front surface of the first plastic substrate or the treated back surface of the first plastic substrate. The treating may include applying a polyurethane resin to a surface of the first plastic substrate. The method may further comprise treating a surface of the second plastic substrate. The method may further comprise applying activator to the treated surfaces of the first plastic substrate and the second plastic substrate and laminating by apposing the treated surfaces of the first plastic substrate and the second plastic substrate.
Transfer film and membrane coverings for panel products
A membrane covered panel and a membrane covered panel production method are provided wherein an elastomeric membrane, and preferably, an aqueous elastomeric resin-based membrane, is applied to a finished panel construct, prior to pressing of the membrane covered panel. The method is used to produce panels which can be used in the production of flooring materials, wall panels, furniture, countertops, and the like. The membrane is applied to a transfer film, which transfer film can be removed at any time prior to, or after the pressing operation. The panels produced have a durable but elastic surface which can protect the surfaces of the panel construct. The elastomeric covering on the panel construct also preferably provides a surface which is abrasion resistant, and provides better acoustical properties while providing a soft touch haptic surface.
Method for manufacturing structure, method for preparing skin material, and method for setting heating condition for skin material
A method is for manufacturing a honeycomb structure including a core material in which a hole is formed to penetrate in a thickness direction and is arranged in a plane direction, and a skin material that is stacked on a surface of the core material. The skin material includes a thermosetting resin. The method includes half-curing the thermosetting resin by placing the skin material in a bag and heating the skin material in a state where an inside of the bag is evacuated and an outside of the bag is under an atmospheric pressure; stacking the skin material in which the thermosetting resin is half-cured onto a side of the surface of the core material; and bonding and integrating the core material and the skin material with each other by pressurizing and heating the stacked core material and skin material with the use of a sealing pressurizing heating facility.
Laminate film manufacturing method
A laminate film manufacturing method is capable of preventing thickness unevenness of a cured layer and preventing wrinkling of the entire laminate film. A laminate film is manufactured by applying a coating solution including an active radiation curable resin to a surface of a first film that is continuously transported in an application part to form a coated film in a lamination part, laminating a second film that is continuously transported on the coated film to sandwich the coated film between the first film and the second film, and in a state in which the coated film is sandwiched between the first film and the second film, winding the first film around a backup roller and irradiating the coated film with infrared rays from an ultraviolet irradiation device while continuously transporting the first film to cure the coated film in a curing part so as to form a cured layer.
