A printing device includes a cleaning head configured to contact a cleaning member with the screen mask to perform a cleaning process on the screen mask, a moving section connectable and disconnectable to the cleaning head to move the cleaning head between a cleaning area and a standby area, a door member configured to open and close an opening portion through which the cleaning member passes when the cleaning member is moved from the standby area to an outside of the printing device and be lockable in a closed state, and a control section configured to unlock the door member in a state where the moving section is disconnected to the cleaning head and the cleaning head is located in the standby area.
PRINTING CONTROL DEVICE AND PRINTING CONTROL METHOD
A printing control device includes a determination section, a first printing control section, a movement controller, and a second printing control section. When the determination section determines that an elapsed time in which no board is convey exceeds an allowable time, the first printing control section causes the printer to execute the printing process for a first time on a first board which is conveyed in since the determination is made. The movement controller separates the mask and the board from each other after the first printing control section executes the printing process for the first time and brings the mask and the board into abutment with each other again after the separation. The second printing control section causes the printer to execute the printing process for a second time on the board after the movement controller brings the mask and the board into abutment with each other again.

Vacuum wiper and stencil printer with vacuum wiper
A vacuum wiper, comprising a housing, a connection port, multiple holes and a hole adjusting means; the housing contains a cavity; the connection port is disposed on the housing and is in communication with the cavity; the multiple holes are disposed on the housing in the length direction of the housing, such that the cavity of the vacuum wiper housing is able to be in fluid communication with the outside via the multiple holes. The vacuum wiper has a maximum vacuumizing length when all of the multiple holes are in communication with the outside. The hole adjusting means is configured to be capable of blocking one or more of the multiple holes in sequence from two ends in the length direction of arrangement of the multiple holes of the vacuum wiper, such that the vacuum wiper is able to adjust the vacuumizing length. The provision of the hole adjusting means enables the vacuum wiping apparatus to have an adjustable vacuumizing length, in order to match the wiping of stencils with different length specifications, thereby effectively increasing the vacuumizing efficiency of the vacuum wiping apparatus and reducing the production cost.

Systems and methods of removing and cleaning a stencil in a stencil printer include removing a used stencil from a stencil printer with the assistance of a movable cart, transporting the used stencil by the movable cart to a cleaning station, removing the used stencil from the movable cart, delivering the used stencil to the cleaning station, cleaning the stencil, removing a cleaned stencil from the cleaning station, and delivering the cleaned stencil to the movable cart for future use.

A vacuum wiper, comprising a housing, a connection port, multiple holes and a hole adjusting means; the housing contains a cavity; the connection port is disposed on the housing and is in communication with the cavity; the multiple holes are disposed on the housing in the length direction of the housing, such that the cavity of the vacuum wiper housing is able to be in fluid communication with the outside via the multiple holes. A screen printing apparatus includes a print head, a moving base, and a mask cleaner. The print head prints a paste onto a board through the mask. The moving base moves under the mask in a horizontal paste scraping direction. The mask cleaner is mounted to the moving base and moves under the mask integrally with the moving base, and scrapes off the paste adhering to a lower surface of the mask. A base body is mounted to the moving base and includes a longitudinal side being horizontal and intersecting the paste scraping direction. Plurality of blades are detachably mounted to the base body and extending in the longitudinal direction and are arranged side by side in parallel to the paste scraping direction and cause a paste scraping edge protruding upward from the base body to come into abutment against the lower surface of the mask.

A cleaning unit includes a cleaning head that moves a cleaning member, which cleans the screen mask at the cleaning position, a cleaning member holder that supports a first shaft and a second shaft, over which the cleaning member is bridged, and has an opening section allowing the cleaning head to pass therethrough, a base section that detachably fixes the cleaning member holder at a fixing position, a holder moving section that moves the cleaning member holder between the fixing position of the base section and a replacing position where the cleaning member holder is detached from the base section and is unloaded to an outside, and a cleaning driving section that has a connecting section, which is connected and disconnected to and from the first shaft in the cleaning member holder, and drives the first shaft to wind.
