A doctor blade system of a printing machine comprises a doctor blade (12), a blade support (14) and a clamping element (16), wherein the doctor blade (12) is arranged at a contact surface (24) on a front side (20) of the blade support (14) and pressed against the contact surface (24) by a pressing area (34) of the clamping element (16). The clamping element (16) has a bearing surface (40) arranged at a backside (27) of the blade support (14).

A doctor blade system of a printing machine comprises a doctor blade (12), a blade support (14) and a clamping element (16), wherein the doctor blade (12) is arranged at a contact surface (24) on a front side (20) of the blade support (14) and pressed against the contact surface (24) by a pressing area (34) of the clamping element (16). The clamping element (16) has a bearing surface (40) arranged at a backside (27) of the blade support (14).

A screen printing apparatus includes a print head, a moving base, and a mask cleaner. The print head prints a paste onto a board through the mask. The moving base moves under the mask in a horizontal paste scraping direction. The mask cleaner is mounted to the moving base and moves under the mask integrally with the moving base, and scrapes off the paste adhering to a lower surface of the mask. A base body is mounted to the moving base and includes a longitudinal side being horizontal and intersecting the paste scraping direction. Plurality of blades are detachably mounted to the base body and extending in the longitudinal direction and are arranged side by side in parallel to the paste scraping direction and cause a paste scraping edge protruding upward from the base body to come into abutment against the lower surface of the mask.

A viscosity measurement device includes a measurement tool having a pump for feeding a printing liquid by pressure. The viscosity measurement device includes a passage part having a first passage part in which a flow path cross-sectional area for the printing liquid is set at a first area, and a second passage part in which a flow path cross-sectional area for the printing liquid is set at a second area smaller than the first area and which is arranged on an upstream side in a supply direction of the printing liquid with respect to the first passage part, the passage part being interposed in the supply path and arranged upward toward a downstream side in the supply direction of the printing liquid; and a sensor attached to the second passage part and measuring the fall time of the measurement tool in a prescribed vertical region in the second passage part.
CONVERTING MACHINE WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The present invention relates to a flexographic printing unit (17) for a converting machine (10). The flexographic printing unit comprises a flexographic printing assembly (28) including a printing cylinder (30), an anilox cylinder, a counter cylinder (32) and a doctor blade chamber (36). The printing cylinder being arranged vertically above the counter cylinder and configured to print on a top side (S1) of a sheet (1). The flexographic printing unit comprises a fixed frame portion (102) and a movable frame portion (104), and the printing cylinder, anilox cylinder and the doctor blade chamber are attached to the movable frame portion and the counter cylinder is attached to the fixed frame portion. The movable frame portion being vertically movable between an operating position where the printing cylinder is positioned against the counter cylinder and a service position where the printing cylinder is further distanced from the counter cylinder.
Screen printing system and cleaning method thereof
The present disclosure discloses a screen printing system and a cleaning method thereof. The screen printing system has a scraper cleaning region and a working region, and the screen printing system includes a scraper and a scraper cleaning unit. The scraper operates within the working region, and the scraper cleaning unit is configured to clean the scraper. The scraper and the scraper cleaning unit are configured as follows: the scraper stays in the working region, and the scraper cleaning unit moves to a position where the scraper stays to clean the scraper; or the scraper cleaning unit is positioned in the scraper cleaning region, and the scraper moves to the scraper cleaning region, so that the scraper cleaning unit cleans the scraper.
