Method for attaching an adhesive label to a plastic object
A method is described herein for attaching an adhesive label to a plastic object such that upon removal of the adhesive label substantially no adhesive residue is left-behind on the plastic object. In an example, the method can include applying a textured pattern to a portion of a plastic object to provide a textured surface on the plastic object. The textured pattern can be applied post molding of the plastic object. The method can include attaching to the textured surface an adhesive label.
Decorative Sheet, Embossing Method And Embossing Die
A decorative sheet includes a base material and a concave portion. The concave portion is provided on a front face of the base material. In the concave portion, a depth direction coincides with a thickness direction of the base material. The concave portion includes a first concavo-convex pattern and a second concavo-convex pattern. The first concavo-convex pattern is provided in a first region of an inner surface of the concave portion. The second concavo-convex pattern is a concavo-convex pattern different from the first concavo-convex pattern. The second concavo-convex pattern is provided in a second region of the inner surface of the concave portion which is different from the first region.
Decorative Sheet, Embossing Method And Embossing Die
A decorative sheet includes a base material and a plurality of concave portions. The plurality of concave portions are provided on a front face of the base material. In the concave portion, a depth direction coincides with a thickness direction of the base material. The plurality of concave portions includes a first concave portion and a second concave portion. The first concave portion includes a first concavo-convex pattern on a first inner surface of the first concave portion. The second concave portion does not include the first concavo-convex pattern on a second inner surface of the second concave portion.
Inner-circulation high-speed hydraulic system, hydraulic platform, and hydraulic platform assembly
An inner-circulating high speed hydraulic system, a hydraulic platform and a hydraulic platform assembly consisting of said systems, wherein the inner-circulating high speed hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic cylinder component and a pressure valve component, the hydraulic cylinder component including a high pressure cylinder, a hydraulic plunger, and a housing, wherein an axial hole and radial holes intersecting with the axial hole are disposed at the top/bottom of the high pressure cylinder and the high pressure cylinder is contained within the housing, wherein the inner-circulating oil chamber may communicate with the axial hole via the radial holes and further communicate with chambers at the top/bottom of the hydraulic plunger, wherein compressed air inlets are disposed on the housing and a lower end of the hydraulic plunger is connected to an actuating element; and a pressure valve component, comprising a pressure servo motor and a pressure plunger driven by the pressure servo motor to move up and down within the axial hole disposed at the top/bottom of the high pressure cylinder. Accurate control on dwell time for pressing at the up and down stop points of the platform, and highly precise adjustment to duration of the dwell time are enabled by the present invention. Thus, a stamping process with high quality is achieved.
Method and device for transferring a decorating segment of an embossing film
A method for transferring a decorative section of a stamping foil onto a substrate by means of an embossing die, wherein the stamping foil includes a carrier film and a transfer ply arranged on the carrier film. The method includes: a) Provision of the stamping foil; b) Embossing or pressing of at least one compression section spaced apart from the edge of the decorative section, into the transfer ply; c) Stamping of the decorative section onto the substrate; d) Detachment of the residual stamping film from the substrate embossed with the decorative section.
PORTABLE METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FOLDING PLASTIC COMPOSITE FLOORING
A method of folding plastic composition flooring, including but not limited to LVP, LVT, SPC or WPC, to form a desired shape, such as stair noses, baseboards, quarter rounds, T-moldings, endcaps, or the like. The method includes the steps of incorporating a thermal insulation layer between the plastic composite flooring and a heat generator, applying heat until reaching a heat transmission coefficient to allow the plastic composite flooring to become malleable, removing the heat, applying pressure to the heated section of the plastic composite flooring to form into a desired shape using a positive and negative embossing die mold on the top and bottom heated section of the plastic composite flooring, and removing the embossing die-molds once the plastic composite flooring has cooled down to its initial temperature.
Embossing Apparatus
In an embossing apparatus, an embossing die includes a concavo-convex shaped molding unit. The molding unit is in contact with a front face of a base material. An embossing receiving die includes an elastic unit made of resin. The elastic unit is in contact with a back face of the base material. In the molding unit, a height difference (H) between a top portion of a convex portion and a bottom portion of a concave portion is a first value. In the elastic unit, a surface which forms an outer surface of the embossing receiving die is a smooth surface. In the elastic unit, a thickness (T) in a direction perpendicular to the outer surface of the embossing receiving die is a second value equal to or greater than the first value. The embossing die and the embossing receiving die sandwich the base material between the molding unit and the elastic unit.
Visual security feature
According to one example, there is provided a visual security feature. The visual security feature comprises a security feature printed on a media. The security feature includes a security code printed on the media, and a holographic image is embossed on the printed security feature.
PROCESSING A THERMOPLASTIC TEXTILE
Described is a mold for generating a pattern of indentations in a surface of a thermoplastic textile, including at least one subunit adapted to create at least one subpattern of the pattern, wherein the at least one subunit is at least one of exchangeable or reconfigurable. A spatial arrangement of the at least one subunit is reconfigurable within the mold.
Decorative Sheet
In a decorative sheet, a base material has a concave portion on a front face. The concave portion includes a bottom surface. The bottom surface includes a first surface, a second surface and a third surface. A depth dimension of the first surface is a first value. The depth dimension is a dimension from the front face of the base material along a thickness direction of the base material. The depth dimension of the second surface is a second value which is smaller than the first value. The third surface is a surface which is connected with the first surface at a back side of the thickness direction, and is connected with the second surface at a front side of the thickness direction.
