LONG PLASTIC LAYER WITH EMBOSSING IN REGISTER WITH PATTERN AND ROLLING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR
A method is provided for manufacturing flooring planks including a plastic base and an image plastic layer. The method includes a feeding step of feeding a plastic layer into oppositely rolling rollers; and a rolling step of hot rolling an embossing on the plastic layer. A feeding tension of the plastic layer is adjusted according to a longitudinal deviation between the embossing and the pattern in the rolling step. A device includes a first feeding device, an oppositely rolling rollers control device, a detecting device, and a tension controller disposed on the first feeding device. The method, the device and the long plastic layer with the embossing in register with the pattern processed use the method, implement the embossing rolled on the plastic layer in register with the pattern on the plastic layer and have high production efficiency, low cost and less energy consumption.
Decorative sheet, embossing method and embossing die
A decorative sheet includes a base material and a plurality of concave portions. The plurality of concave portions are provided on a front face of the base material. In the concave portion, a depth direction coincides with a thickness direction of the base material. The plurality of concave portions includes a first concave portion and a second concave portion. The first concave portion includes a first concavo-convex pattern on a first inner surface of the first concave portion. The second concave portion does not include the first concavo-convex pattern on a second inner surface of the second concave portion.
Portable method and apparatus for folding plastic composite flooring
A method of folding plastic composition flooring, including but not limited to LVP, LVT, SPC or WPC, to form a desired shape, such as stair noses, baseboards, quarter rounds, T-moldings, endcaps, or the like. The method includes the steps of incorporating a thermal insulation layer between the plastic composite flooring and a heat generator, applying heat until reaching a heat transmission coefficient to allow the plastic composite flooring to become malleable, removing the heat, applying pressure to the heated section of the plastic composite flooring to form into a desired shape using a positive and negative embossing die mold on the top and bottom heated section of the plastic composite flooring, and removing the embossing die-molds once the plastic composite flooring has cooled down to its initial temperature.
MARKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FIBER-BASED PRODUCTS
A method of marking a fiber-based product includes providing a heat stamp apparatus including a heating element thermally coupled to a stamping block and a temperature sensor thermally coupled to the stamping block. The system further includes a platen bearing an embossed pattern. Marking is accomplished by heating the stamping element to a predetermined temperature via the heating element and information acquired from the temperature sensor, then bringing the embossed pattern in relation to the surface of the fiber-based product (e.g., via direct contact and compression or simply very close to the surface) to form at least one of a corresponding three-dimensional contour and charred surface region.
Decorative sheet
In a decorative sheet, a base material has a concave portion on a front face. The concave portion includes a bottom surface. The bottom surface includes a first surface, a second surface and a third surface. A depth dimension of the first surface is a first value. The depth dimension is a dimension from the front face of the base material along a thickness direction of the base material. The depth dimension of the second surface is a second value which is smaller than the first value. The third surface is a surface which is connected with the first surface at a back side of the thickness direction, and is connected with the second surface at a front side of the thickness direction.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A STRIP OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL DECORATIVE PIECE MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RESIN AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A method and an apparatus for producing a long strip of three-dimensional decorative piece made of thermoplastic synthetic resin. The method for producing the strip of three-dimensional decorative piece made of thermoplastic synthetic resin according to the present invention comprises the steps of feeding a decorative strip material, preheating the decorative strip material and softening the decorative strip material with heat, shaping the decorative strip material into a strip of three-dimensional decorative piece by continuously oscillating a high-frequency in between a rotatable upper electrode roll die and a rotatable lower electrode roll die and applying high-frequency dielectric heat to the decorative strip material between the upper and lower electrode roll dies, cooling the shaped strip of three-dimensional decorative piece, and winding up the cooled strip of three-dimensional decorative piece.

Embossing die, embossing apparatus and embossing method
An embossing die is provided to an embossing apparatus. The embossing die is heated by a heating unit which is provided to the embossing apparatus. The embossing die includes a convex shaped mold portion. The mold portion corresponds to one concave portion formed on a front face of a base material. The mold portion is an aggregate of a plurality of protrusions which are divided by a slit. The slit is provided to an outer surface of the mold portion which contacts the front face of the base material. In the slit, a cutting direction corresponds to a height direction of the mold portion. The plurality of protrusions are adjacent to each other through the slit.
Flatbed embossed-printing machine and embossing plate
The invention relates to a flat bed embossing machine (1) comprising a tool plate (20) with a tool side (36) for receiving at least one embossing tool and with a tool plate rear side (35) which lies opposite the tool side (36), further a base plate (10) with a tool plate side (12) which faces the tool plate rear side (35) and with a base plate rear side (11) which is lies opposite the tool plate side (12), for transmitting an embossing force which is exerted upon the tool plate (20), between the tool plate side (12) and the base plate rear side (11), as well as an induction heating appliance (3) for heating the at least one embossing tool (23).
