Colorful board structure and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention discloses a colorful board structure comprising a transparent substrate, an adhesive layer, a three-dimensional painted layer and a protective layer. The three-dimensional painted layer includes at least one colored layer and at least one transparent stacking layer including at least one raised part. The aforementioned colorful board structure is made of a multi-layer structure, and has the advantages of enhancing the stereoscopic effect of the pattern and the color expression. In addition, a manufacturing method of the colorful board structure is also disclosed.

The present disclosure proposes a process for producing a structured antiwear film, comprising the process steps of: a. providing a base antiwear film, b. applying a formable outer paint layer to at least part of the area of the base antiwear film, c. at least partially structuring the outer paint layer by means of a digital printing process to create a structuring of the outer paint layer, and d. curing the outer paint layer such that the outer paint layer is first partly cured, wherein UV radiation with a wavelength in a range from ≥150 nm to ≤250 nm is used for the partial curing, and wherein the outer paint layer is then cured to completion, and wherein e. the outer paint layer, before being supplied to the printing unit for partially structuring the outer paint layer and/or during the printing operation for partially structuring the outer paint layer in the printing unit, is treated with means for changing the electrostatic charge of the outer layer, in that the outer layer is electrostatically discharged.

A system, device, and/or method for printing a three-dimensional effect on a surface of a building panel. The building panel is provided, wherein the building panel includes a first surface having a first plane. The building panel and a textured material associated with the building panel is provided to a printing device. The textured material may include one or more materials that protrude to a second plane beyond the first plane. The printing device includes one or more print heads. Ink is printed, via the one or more print heads, upon at least one of the surfaces of the building panel and the textured material. The one or more print heads may be positioned a distance from the surface of the building panel and the textured material so as not to contact the surface of the building panel and the textured material.
