The soundproofing device is provided with: a fixing ring which is fitted in and fixed to a groove formed in the inner peripheral surface of the rim section; an elastic body section which is adhered to an outer peripheral surface of the fixing ring, is disposed within the groove, and has a plurality of elastic body pieces; and an additional mass section which is adhered to an opposite side of the elastic body section with respect to the fixing ring, is disposed within the groove, and has a plurality of additional mass pieces. The soundproofing device includes a plurality of dynamic vibration absorbers, each having an elastic body piece and an additional mass piece. This soundproof wheel allows for reduction in wheel vibration noise and is highly durable.
Tire support rim for track roller associated with a flange
A tire support rim for track roller associated with a flange is provided with a circular tire (2), and a support rim (1) for an annular track roller producing a flange. The rim (1) defines a peripheral edge intended to bear a tire, a medial edge in contact with the medial portion of the roller, and two opposite faces producing, on the one hand, an open face and, on the other hand, a bearing face positioned against the surface of the flange of the roller. The rim (1) incorporates a cooling device having at least one circulation duct for air passing through the thickness of the rim from an orifice (51) of the open face such that the duct has a portion at the medial edge and a portion positioned radially on the bearing face between the medial and peripheral edges.
Method for producing railway wheel and railway wheel
A railway wheel having, in mass %, C: 0.80 to 1.15%, Si: 1.00% or less, Mn: 0.10 to 1.25%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.030% or less, Al: 0.025 to 0.650%, N: 0.0030 to 0.0200%, Cr: 0 to 0.60%, and V: 0 to 0.12%, with the balance being Fe and impurities. The railway wheel has a hub part, a rim part including a tread and a flange, and a web part disposed between the hub part and the rim part. The area fraction of pearlite in the hub, web, and rim parts is 95% or more, and the amount of pro-eutectoid cementite is not more than 1.0 pieces/100 μm. The amount of pro-eutectoid cementite is calculated as (pieces/100 μm)=a total sum of the number of pieces of pro-eutectoid cementite which intersect with two diagonal lines in a square visual field of 200 μm×200 μm/(5.66×100 μm).
Multi-part, sprung rail wheel
The present invention relates to a multi-part rail wheel with a wheel tyre, a wheel body, an elastic body arranged between the wheel tyre and the wheel body and via which the wheel tyre is supported on the wheel body, and at least one clamping element attached to the wheel body from one end face, via which the elastic body is braced against the wheel body and the wheel tyre by clamping means acting on the wheel body, the wheel body consisting of a light metal material in the region where the clamping means act. The rail wheel guarantees secure bracing of the components with simple assembly and disassembly. This is achieved by at least one counter-bearing element being provided on the end face of the wheel body opposite the clamping element. The counter-bearing element consists of a material which has a higher strength than the wheel body material.
WHEEL FOR RAILWAY VEHICLE
A wheel includes a boss, a rim, and a web. The rim includes a tread and a flange. A center of the rim in the axial direction of the wheel is disposed closer to the flange in the axial direction than a center of the boss in the axial direction is. The web has a plate-thickness center line that has a linear shape when the wheel is viewed in its longitudinal section. When an angle that the plate-thickness center line forms with the axial direction is denoted by α, a distance in the axial direction from a side face of the rim to an outer end of the plate-thickness center line is denoted by Pw, a length of the rim in the axial direction is denoted by Wr, and Pw/Wr is denoted by L, the wheel satisfies the expression L ≥ 0.0223α-1.363. Where, the angle α is 90° or less.
Device for monitoring wear of a roller flange
A device for monitoring wear of a flange (1) of a roller (2) includes a peripheral rim (3) and intended to cooperate with a homologous flange (1bis) of a roller (2bis) positioned face-to-face to interact with the head of a rolling rail (4). The device includes at least one first recess localized at the level of a peripheral line of constant radius on the flange (1) configured to be positioned at the level at which the point (7) of separation of the flange (1) relative to its homologue (1bis) is the smallest.
WHEEL FOR RAILWAY VEHICLE
A wheel includes a boss, a rim, and a web. The rim includes a tread and a flange. The web connects the boss and the rim. When the wheel is viewed in its longitudinal section, the web has a linear plate-thickness center line that is inclined such that the plate-thickness center line approaches the flange side as it extends outward in a radial direction. When the wheel is viewed in its longitudinal section, an outer end of the plate-thickness center line is positioned between the flange and a center of the tread in an axial direction of the wheel.
Wheel for railway vehicle
The wheel is for a railway vehicle that travels on a rail. The wheel includes a wheel tread, a flange and a throat portion. The wheel tread is provided at an outer circumferential portion of the wheel. The wheel tread faces a head surface of the rail. The flange is provided at the outer circumferential portion of the wheel. The flange projects further outward than the wheel tread in the radial direction of the wheel. The throat portion connects the surface of the flange and the wheel tread. The throat portion has a protrusion. The protrusion projects to the rail side. The protrusion extends along the entire circumference of the throat portion.
Device For Monitoring Wear of a Roller Flange
A device for monitoring wear of a flange (1) of a roller (2) includes a peripheral rim (3) and intended to cooperate with a homologous flange (1 bis) of a roller (2bis) positioned face-to-face to interact with the head of a rolling rail (4).
