SUPPORTING WHEEL FOR MOTOR VEHICLES
A supporting wheel for motor vehicles including a load-bearing structure that includes an outer rolling surface and two opposite side walls which extend on parallel planes and between which there is at least one through hole; a central reinforcement body intended to be coupled to a hub of a motor vehicle and associated with the load-bearing structure; wherein the load-bearing structure is at least partly made of plastic material.
WHEEL SECURING STRUCTURE OF TRUCKS
This invention is related to a wheel securing structure of trucks. The securing structure mainly install iron screwshaft liners on keyholes of the mounting parts of the aluminum rims. The bolts of the assembling part correspondingly penetrate the holes of the screwshaft liners each. A first folded edge and a second folded edge are formed on two terminals of the screwshaft liners to respectively insert into the conical pits of the mounting part of the rims. The nuts screw onto the bolts of the assembling part to secure the rim onto the assembling part and the nuts. When the trucks pass bumping roads, the relative motion, caused by vibrations, is occurred between the rims and the assembling part. Therefore, friction is generated between the wheels and the bolts, as well as the nuts and the terminal surfaces of the assembling part. The screwshaft liner is used to let the friction above act on the screwshaft liner. Therefore, the soft aluminum rim will not be directly rubbed by the bolts, nuts, and the assemble part to be damaged. Accordingly, the aluminum rim can be suitable for the trucks and other heavy vehicles.
Nut, in Particular Wheel or Axle Nut, Washer, Control Device for Wheel or Axle Nuts in Vehicles and Vehicle Provided Therewith
A nut, or a washer for a nut, in particular a wheel nut or axle nut for vehicles, having a body, having a central threaded hole, having a peripheral wall, having an abutment face at a lower side, wherein the nut also has a plurality of wrench faces on the peripheral wall of the nut body for tightening or releasing the nut by means of a tool which cooperates with the wrench faces. In order to be able to detect the loosening of wheel nuts or axle nuts of vehicles, and to indicate such loosening to a vehicle driver to avoid dangerous situations during driving, there is provided in the body at least one recess in which a sensor element is arranged, wherein the sensor element is connected to a wireless interface which is configured to transmit a sensor signal of the sensor element wirelessly to an external reception unit.
Wheel holding member for a vehicle
The wheel holding member for a vehicle has a rod-like shape, and includes: a thread portion, which is formed on an end portion on a proximal end side, and has a male thread threadedly engageable with a hub bolt hole formed in a wheel hub; a holding portion, which protrudes toward a distal end side with respect to the thread portion, and has no thread on an outer periphery thereof; and a tool insertion hole, which is exposed from an end surface on the proximal end side, and to which a tool for rotating the wheel holding member is insertable. A bottom surface of the tool insertion hole is located on the distal end side with respect to an end of the thread portion on the distal end side.
Wheel rim and hub assembly gasket and gasket kits
A noncorrosive, water-impermeable gasket is used between a wheel rim and a hub assembly so that they do not corrode together making their separation difficult or impossible. The gasket includes a gasket flange with a gasket bolt pattern that is alignable with a hub bolt pattern of the hub assembly and a rim bolt pattern of the wheel rim.

A bottom surface of the tool insertion hole is located on the distal end side with respect to an end of the thread portion on the distal end side.
COMPRESSION CONTACT TO MONITOR FASTENER ELONGATION AND GRIP FORCE
A clamping force monitoring device is provided having a step washer, a contact plate, a compression washer separating the step washer and the contact plate, a threaded fastener extending through the step washer and the compression washer, a nut and an electric circuit, wherein when a sufficient axial force is exerted in the threaded fastener by engagement of the nut, the compression washer is compressed and the step washer is in contact with the contact plate, thereby closing the electric circuit. A method for monitoring a threaded fastener is provided including extending a threaded fastener through a step washer and a compression washer and engaging the threaded fastener with a nut, wherein when a sufficient axial force is applied to the threaded fastener by the nut, the compression washer is compressed and the step washer contacts a contact plate, thereby closing an electric circuit.
Centerlock wheel assembly
An apparatus and a method are provided for a centerlock wheel assembly that is configured to improve driving dynamics and provide faster wheel changes. A centerlock adaptor is provided with a plurality of vehicle bolt pattern configurations disposed thereon. A first and threaded abutment are disposed on the centerlock adaptor. A hub adaptor is configured to threadingly engage with an exterior surface of the threaded abutment, thereby retaining a centerlock wheel, for example. Finally, a center cap is provided to threadingly engage with an inner surface of the threaded abutment. For each side of the vehicle, the centerlock assembly features particular threading arrangements so as to retain the centerlock wheel and counteract against various wheel dynamics. A centerlock wrench is provided to tighten and loosen the hub adaptor and center cap.
