The bead portion is provided with: a primary bead apex rubber disposed between the carcass-ply main portion and the carcass-ply turned-up portion; an insulation rubber layer extending radially outwardly through between the carcass-ply main portion and the carcass-ply turned-up portion; and a subsidiary bead apex rubber layer disposed on the axially outside of the carcass-ply turned-up portion. The radially outer edge of the insulation rubber layer is located radially outside the radially outer edge of the subsidiary bead apex rubber layer. The complex elastic modulus of the insulation rubber layer is equal to or greater than the complex elastic modulus of the topping rubber of the carcass ply.

The band layer includes a jointless band ply having a band cord wound spirally at an angle equal to or less than 5 degrees with respect to a tire circumferential direction. The belt layer includes a plurality of belt cords arranged in a direction intersecting with the carcass cords. The belt cords intersect with the carcass cords at an intersection angle θc in a tread crown region, and intersect with the carcass cords at an intersection angle θs in tread shoulder regions, and the intersection angle θc is greater than the intersection angle θs.

A bead portion of a tire includes: a bead portion including a core; a first filler arranged at the core; a carcass extending around the core and the first filler and radially inward adjacent an axially inner side of the core, the carcass further extending axially outward adjacent the core and radially outward adjacent the core; a second filler extending both axially and radially beyond the first filler, the second filler overlapping the first filler, an outermost end of the second filler being positioned radially outward from the first filler; a first chafer disposed at the second filler; a second chafer extended about the carcass; and a flipper extending radially inward from a position axially adjacent the first filler. The second filler is embedded at a convergence of the first chafer and a sidewall.
